My son is 3.5 months old. Was born 3.3 kgs. Has been fed only Breast milk. His weight at 1 month was 5.5 kg , at 2 month was 6.6 kg and now at 3.5 months is 9.3 kg. We are very concerned . What should we do? Otherwise my son is very active and playful,he smiles, giggles very much. Please help.

Doctor, I am 75 kilo weight and 158 cm height and obese by bmi 30 If i do regular 30 minutes exercise twice in a day and drink 4 litres of water,green tea twice in a day and 2 carrot per day for 30 days and no other foods. Will i get my normal bmi in a month?
