My weight is 50 kg and height is 5'6, I want to gain weight. I have been operate for stomach ulcer 5 years back. Since my weight is constant. I do walk daily for 60 mins minimum on daily . I am vegetarian so help me gain weight at least to have good BMI. My diet is 3 simple prantha in morning with tea. In lunch 3 chapti rice and curd. I eat banana in evening some bisckets. And on dinner dal with rice 2 chapti. I drink at least 3 liter water daily.
