Rapid weight loss

I am a morbidly obese woman who has been undergoing a dietary lifestyle change since the start of May. I am not following a fad diet and am eating approx 2500 calories per day in order to lose 2-3 pounds a week (start weight 32 stone 10lbs/208 kg). Ive lost 1 stone 10lb/11kg in total, with 10lbs being in the past 10 days. Is this normal as it seems far too extreme? I have noticed that swollen ankles etc have gone down drastically. Weight gain

I am a man aged 28 and has a height of 5 8"..I do workout on a daily basis..I do not control my diet strictly as such, but I do avoid junk and eat normal home made food..My weight however tends to hover around 76 to 77 and does not go down any further..I want to know if this weight is ideal for me and if not how much should it be and how do I work towards getting it under control.
