You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for  customized diet plan for you.

Hello, the increase in weight is generally due to a low metabolism, improper food patterns or low activity levels. Do start with basic & simple hacks like- - Including some simple exercise or activity for 15-20 mins everyday (gradually increasing it further) - Drink enough low-cal liquids at least 2.5-3 liters per day - Include a metabolism booster like a cup of green tea every day - Try eating small meals i.e. dividing your three meals in 4 or 5 meals - Check your thyroid, Vit D3, Vit.
