Diet Plan for Ramadan month for muslim

My friend is a muslim, and he is 26yrs old and weighs around 57kg. Being a friend and was quite worried about his health (underweight and lean structure) I was asking him not to fast in the month of Ramadan, which is mandatory for them and they will fast for 30 days without taking anything between mong (around 4.30am) to eve (6.30pm).. Will Fasting for 1 month affects his health?? What is the best diet he should follow so that he can be healthy and gain or atleast maintain the same weight?? Please provide the diet plan.

Multi vitamin for energy boosting

I have been a very lazy guy. Not very health conscious. Usual drinking, not very heavy. Bit high on BP 130/90.used to feel very lethargic all day and can't really concentrate on work and otherwise. Off late I have made up my mind to come back to a healthy life. I have started running and exercise. I feel much better now, but still very low on energy. I think I need multi vitamin and some more supplements for energy boosting and detox. Please suggest.

Thyoride problem

Cut abdominal fat

I've been working out since more than a year and generally been following a low carb high protein diet. I've also stopped added sugars to a great extent. My body fat has come down from 23% to 14% but I still fat around my stomach and lower back. I tried giving up carbs completely and even came down to 12% body fat, but in doing that my weight dropped a lot and so did my muscle. So I started eating a few carbs again - oats, sweet potatoes etc. Everyone I know who has reduced this fat have used fat burners and tons of supplements to get there. The only supplement I'm taking is whey protein and I hope to keep it that way. I've lost hope that I can lose this fat naturally. I'm doing weight training (HIIT) and following a strict diet. Please tell me any pro tips that I can follow to burn this fat - exercises and diet wise. Thanks.
