I have increased my weight drastically
In past few months my weight is increased from 56 kgs to 63kgs and now. I wanted to reduce it. I have already joined gym, go for morning jogging. But is not working. Tried reducing around 350calories per day. Also reduced the carbs in food. Kindly let me know what exactly I need to do. Any medicine can be helpful either ayurvedic or homeopathic.
