Is CLA good for weight loss?
Is it safe for me to consume CLA to help in weight loss. Does it have any hormonal changes in the body?I weigh around 70 kg and my height is 5 feet 2 inches and my main problem area is around the hip. I have been working out in the gym for the past 2 months and managed to lose 2 kgs after regular exercise and dieting. Please help.

Not eating even when hungry
My daughter would not eat any thing even when hungry, not even her favourite foods.
