Hello. Stamina develops over time. To reach a certain level it is important to take small steps which will help you achieve your goal. Do not climb all the floors on go. Stop at every floor, breath, then start with the steps of the next floor. This will help improve the breathing cycle while you climb the stairs. Gradually increase the number of steps taken before each break. Make sure you breath while you are climbing the stairs. This will eventually help you increase your stamina.
