Simple diet plan needed
I am 25 yr old having 85 kg weight.. I am also vegetarian.. I want simple veg diet plan to quickly reduce my weight.. If it is necessary to eat very less I can do that also... Please help...

Hello. I can understand that extra weight you are carrying is troublesome, but forget about a quick fix, as it will not last for long. Things which you need to focus on is right food and exercise. A diet plan will work for long only when we keep it simple and close to your eating habits. I never recommend starving or eating less for weight loss. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
