Weight increasing issue

My height is 5"7 and I weigh 62 which is way less than BMI and I've been trying to increase weight since long time but so far failed I did try gymming and followed regular diet as well but sooner in couple of months when I stopped working out, I started observing weight decline again. Not able to reduce weight

I am following basic diet- breakfast, lunch , dinner,very less sugar(1-2 teaspoon a day). I am taking 2 rotis in lunch and 1.5 rotis at dinner along with green vegetables.Also I am consuming green tea and Himalayan ayur slim regularly and doing exercises 20 mins everyday. I regularly have lukewarm lime water in the morning. Still I am not able to loose weight. What else shall I do ?
