Diet and exercise not working
Hi, I am 23 years old female, 155cm and 70kg. I've been eating healthy (1200 cal, low carb ) and excerising 6 times a week for hours ( mostly cardio ). I am trying to lose 20kg and it is not happening but just getting tired and sored muscle. I even gained 2kg. May I ask you for advise for my weight loss journey :(

Eating healthy of 1200 calories or working out for hours is not the answer. The answer lies in eating right and exercise as per your body's requirements. You need a proper guidance. Call me through my Practo profile contacts
