Hello, definitely, you should go for diet and exercise plus doctor's consultation is mandatory and with all those, and from according to my consultation , you please consume a" Cinnamon (Dalchini) Water", it is excellent in high level of tryglycerides, Cinnamon cut down the bad fats greasing through urine and you can free from high level of tryglycerides.
How to consume- take a one stick of Cinnamon and soaked overnight in a cup of normal water and next day early morning remove stick from water and consume whole water empty stomach, and, do not boil the water and if you want to use the cinnamon stick in any food preparation you can consume.
