Brain and Spine Problems

One side of my face feels tingly cold and a bit swollen (very little). I sleep 2-3 hours daily for a long time coz of exams...and drink cold coffee 2-3times a day to keep myself up...is this d cuse of it or something else...i also took melatonin 10mg gummy to sleep when i have holidays because it difficult fallibg asleep.

My father met with accident before one week. Attached is a copy of CT scan report. Can any one suggest whether MRI is required or not. Patient is working fine with no memory loss, vomiting, other symptoms

My seizure history: First seizure – January 2021 Second – May 2021 Third – 1 January 2022 Latest – 10 days ago In my last episode (10 days ago), I had: Sudden blurred vision and darkness before the event Gradual dizziness Loss of consciousness for around 15 minutes Teeth clenching and body stiffening Memory loss for about 5 minutes after regaining consciousness MRI and ECG were reported normal earlier. After the 1 January 2022 episode, I took Levetiracetam 500 mg for about 5 months and then stopped on my own as reports were normal. Recently, I had been consuming alcohol regularly for 2 weeks before this latest seizure. I have now completely stopped alcohol. Currently, neurologist is not available here. Kindly advise: 1. Should I restart Levetiracetam? 2. What dose should i take?

For 4 years, I have been having buttock pain, pain at the back side of the thigh, foot pain, so I am not able to stand for more than 5 -10 minutes, not able to sit for more than 3 - 4 hours. Recently experiencing pain at the front side of the thigh also? What can be the reason?

Hi, I've been muscle twitching across my body for couple of months, I took a NCS and EMG it showed normal but I get scared of MND or ALS, and the twitching occurs across the body nonstop. Any medications or what to be done? My electrolytes are good, calcium levels are good, brain MRi was normal and NCS and EMG showed normal. Please suggest I'm too scared.

I am in my wedding preparations, many things are going on. Today in my office. My left eye started blinking then I feel sudden numbness near my left cheek and above ear side on scalp. And then started numbness near full scalp. I don't know whether it is bcz of offc and wedding stress or something else. I have started my thyroid medicine also...
