Brain and Spine Problems

I am having pain from neck to head back side from 2 month. please help me understood this  mri report and guide me for future action .

I am suffering from cervigenic headache. I am taking medicines also but sometimes it's get worst.Mornings it  becomes severe the head becomes very tight stiff feeling.. Finding very difficult to concentrate any work. Recently I have started physiotherapy also. When headache comes I'll get severe anxiety. Kindly suggest some solution pls.

I feel sudden dizziness, the right side of the brain I feel a sudden headache which lasts longer. I didn't have any headache issues earlier. Also I have a very painful stiff neck which causes the back side of the head to be painful  I feel numbness on the right side also with weakness with my right hand and leg with tingling. .. I feel heaviness in my head all day as if i will just collapse anytime . Also going through a lot of stress due to personal problems.

Can someone explain what bpvp in vertigo in medical terms? Why does it occur? Why does it start of a sudden

I know someone who's been suffering from positional Vertigo from 2020 feb, she saw many doctors, couldn't identify what's wrong, did her MRI, all normal, later a doctor discovered she has positional vertigo, it aggravated due to continuous stress from her studies, and lack of proper sleep, but what exactly makes a person experience vertigo in the first place

My father has severe nerve spinal compression. He is 81 years. old. Since last 2 years he had leg pain but now it has increased. He is heart patient with 2 stunts. So we don't want to go for surgery. We have tried all the treatments but no relief. He wears compression socks also. No vascular issue. Tried all medicines. Physiotherapy but no relief. I know it cannot be reversed but is there symptom relief. He stands and walk with stick/walker but is depressed because of heaviness in left leg and his knees also damaged.

My prolactin was around 150 twice measured at 10 days gap Doctor suggested to go for MRI pituatary Findings in my MRI report "There is an ovoid nodule measuring 6.6 x 8.8 x 5.7 mm (AP x TR x CC) seen in pituitary gland on left side, which appears isointense on T1, heterogeneously hyperintense on T2, hypoenhancing on early phase of dynamic contrast images and intense homogeneous contrast enhancement on delayed images of dynamic study. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards right side. Imaging findings are suggestive of pituitary microadenoma. Serum prolactin estimation is suggested" Now Doctor has suggested me Cabergolin 0.25mg twice a week Is this good?? Does it have side effects?? Who should avoid this?? I felt a lil dizzy i think next day of consumping it I also have PCOS other than this

Osteophytes and mild disc dessication. Perineural cysts in proximal sacral spinal canal at the level of $2 vertebra. Mild facet joint arthropathy at l5-$1 level. Subtle posterocentral disc protrusion at L4-L5 and L5-$1 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation however there is no obvious impingement of nerve roots. AP spinal canal (thecal sac) diameter: L1-L2- 13.4mm L2-L3-11.8mm L3-L4 -11.5mm L4-L5-10.5mm L5-S1-10mm Spondylotic degenerative changes in form of loss of cervical lordosis, multilevel small marginal endplate osteophytes and disc dessication. Posterior disc osteophytic complexes from C3-C4 to C6-C7 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation and mild narrowing of spinal canal. Few small perineural cysts are seen in bilateral neural foramina at multiple levels. At C4-C5 & C5-C6 levels, there is mild narrowing of right neural foramen with possible mild impingement of exiting nerve root.

I got a uti 6-7 before during treatment my sugar level where high don't know why after that I have many problem urinary bladder problems nerve weakness and many more i consult my urologist but it don't cure could it be a nerve problem

As I have many problems like bladder issues and lower back pain legs numbness tingling i consult 2 doctor neurologist and general physician both asked for mri but my mother don't understand it and said I will not allowing mri what can I do please tell
