Brain and Spine Problems
Bell's palsy physiotherapy
Hello Doctors , I got Bell's palsy 12 days back ,went to see doctor , he prescribed me standard medicine Prednisolone and antiviral which is fine . And asked me to consult physiotherapist . I have completed almost 7 session of physiotherapy what concerned me most that physiotherapist is using electrical stimulation which I have read about can cause synkinesis. Also other centre I enquired about said they use advanced pneumatic radial shockwave therapy extracorporeal shockwave therapy on facial nerve trunk in front of ear . I haven't heard about this shockwave therapy anywhere else .
Please try to answer my question whether should I continue with electrical stimulation or go with this shockwave therapy.
I have grade 3 Bell's palsy with good movement on the affected . Eyebrow can't be lifted equally on the both side

Facing parasthesia in my whole body
I experience burning, tingling, and sometimes a wet or electric-like sensation as well as twitching involving all four limbs. The sensations do not occur in all limbs at the same time and tend to fluctuate in location and intensity. They are most noticeable in my hands and feet. I do not have any objective weakness, loss of strength, or difficulty with walking or daily activities. The symptoms are mainly sensory in nature and are very annoying and distracting, affecting my ability to concentrate, but without any loss of function
I have attached my mri report of spine and i also have a clean ncs study
Please advice

Pulsating headache
I am experiencing severe pulsating headache in my head since about 10 years now. They come and go once in a while, sometimes within a week or two. It becomes impossible to carry out daily activities with such severe pain. My eyes area also starts paining and I have to literally pound my first on my head to get relief because any medicine, balm or normal massage does not ease any pain.
I feel like something in pulsing inside like a heart pumps.
I am assuming it to be a migraine since a long time but I am afraid, of there is anything else. Please help me .

Chronic pain in hip knees and upper back
Pain in Hip area (bilateral), Both knees, Upper back, Besides the spine
Time - 2+ years
Scans and Reports - MRI and blood reports are all good and does not show any abnormality
Physio - Did strengthening exercises for last 6+ months. Stretching increases the pain drastically.
Daily activities- Not working (job), no running or sports
Doctor asked to do strengthening exercises because they think it is due to weak muscles. But even after 6 months of exercises under physio guidance, pain is still there.
Doctor then asked to stop physiotherapy completely as it increases the pain.
Medicines tried on and off for months - Duloxetine, Pregabalin, Desvexlafine
