Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having burning and discomfort on the skin of the right side of my abdomen for the past 9 months, especially when clothes touch the area. I consulted many doctors, but none of them could give a clear answer. About a month ago, I visited another doctor who prescribed Carbamazepine (ZEN 200 mg). After taking it for 15 days, the burning sensation has improved by about 90%. However, the discomfort caused by clothes touching the area has not gone away. Earlier, I thought the discomfort was due to the burning, but for the last 20 days the burning is almost completely gone, and still the discomfort persists. The discomfort is on the right side of my abdomen and slightly towards the back. I wear very loose and soft clothes, but as soon as I remove the clothes, the discomfort immediately goes away. What should I do next? Please advise.”

I had partial vision loss for some moments TIA- 3 months back. Advised ecosprin 75/av10 medicine. My heart echo was normal. Latest MRI and MRA report shows no abnormality. My cholesterol is 55. I have to take telma 40 for BP. Advise whether Atorvastatin 10 and Telma 40 are sufficient to continue to deal with future and ecospirin can be discontinued as I'm suffering from Hemoptysis.

Hello Doctor, My father (56 years) recently had an EMG/NCV test done. Findings: Prolonged distal latency of right median nerve Sensory conduction: right median nerve is inexcitable EMG of muscles is within normal limits Impression: Right sided Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Kindly advise: What should be the next step of treatment at this stage? Can this be managed with medications, wrist splint, physiotherapy or injections, or Is surgery required at present? How urgent is surgical intervention, if needed?

Dear Doctor, I underwent micro lumbar decompression surgery at L4–L5 and L5–S1. It has been 16 days since the surgery. Today, I noticed that the incision site appears sunken. I wanted to ask if this is a normal part of the healing process or if it is something I should be concerned about. I am attaching a photo of the incision site for your reference. My son he is 5 years old got seizures last year in winter season MRI and EEG reports were normal at that time and exactly after 13 months he got seizures again today with cold and mild fever with 100°f and both times he got in morning time while waking up

Hello Sir/Madam I had b12 defeciency it was 200 and from last three months have taken nurokindplusrf capsule the levels improved to 290 and week symptoms also have gone, very rare I eat nonveg ...shall I keep this capsule continue will this not have any side effects on long term use.

When did MRI of 2 year child and  found "Arachnoid cyst in right CP angle and cerebellomedulalry cistern on right side". Please any reason of this cyst in brain.
