Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor,  Today, While playing Badminton, a pet dog came running and put the badminton shuttle in its mouth. My friend picked it up with bare hands after a little and only rinsed with water, and came back, after a little My friend also deliberately(he thinks its fun) touched my left arm with that shuttle although after washing it with water(as stated above) ,after a little we played with other shuttle but he touched racket handle then handled the racket to me. I played with that same racket handle (it felt dry or idont know)...I have NO cuts or broken skin on my arm/hands. But I touched my hair, glasses, and maybe( I don't remember, i was playing) my eyes or face pimples afterward. At home, I washed hands/arm with soap, changed clothes, and sanitized my phone/glasses. Also changed clothes, My recent Rabies vaccination was 5 doses, from 25 jan to feb(also i had a vaccination in 2025 july) ,I have been getting panic attacks from this. Am i safe or another vaccination is required?

Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing sudden headaches on the left side of my head, mainly around the forehead extending to the side of my head. The pain is not present throughout the day but occurs suddenly anytime and then subsides on its own. I work permanent night shifts and spend several hours each day using my phone and laptop. I do not wear glasses. Could these headaches be related to eye strain, excessive screen time, my night-shift schedule, migraine, or any other underlying condition? Would you recommend an eye examination or any investigations such as blood tests or brain imaging to determine the cause?

53yrs female diabetic, hypertensive. All general blood parameters found within range after routine check up. Diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy at C6C7 pain radiating from neck to shoulder then to bicep region. Visited multiple neurologist and performed NCV, Xray , MRI like tests many times. But every time every neurologist suggest pregabalin/Gabapentin and some pain killers. Please suggest some treatment for it , preferably non surgical. Patient is suffering since a long time but no doctor is able to provide relief.

My father is suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer disease He was on Strocit Plus-(morning) ,Donep M (afternoon) and Queta 25 at night for 30 days. after 1 month doctor replace Strocit plus and doubled the dose of Donep M and added Riastigmine 3. is it okay to take them

Whenever I wake up in the morning I feel brain fogging. Constant heaveyness. Sometimes mood swings. And most commonly dizziness

I woke up with my left arm and left leg being heavier than my right for atleast 5 mins at 3am in the morning. Its been 5 days since. I could move my limbs but they were extremely stone heavy than right. No tingling or numbness just heavy. I was horrified. I have had a Brain MRI 3 years ago due to anxiety symptoms. It was normal back then. I have had strange symptoms like palm sized pressure in the left side top of my head which happened atleast 7 times last year and then completely stopped. The last pressure episode happened at nov 2025 when I woke up in the morning and suddenly had palm size pressure in the same area with my left index finger and left thumb tingling. It never happened since. However 5 days I had my left leg and arm feeling like it was being pulled stronger by gravity when I woke up randomly at 3am. I am only 22. I have been taking bisoprolol 2.5mg for 3 years due to severe anxiety. That medicine keeps my bp at 104/73, HR at 73 on rest. So far, it's always after sleep.

Hi My serum value B12 226 pg/ml, past 1 year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed 3 re-nerve plus injection. My current MMA - 481, active b12- 32, Homocysteine >50, folate - 1.19, ferritin serum 32.3. I have been facing floating sensation for past 2 years reduction in libido, pins and needles pain in palms and feet and some time severe pins and needle pain in penis after ejaculation Already visited many doctors don't know which doctor to visit. My symptoms are not getting improved come and goes not able to judge what is happening Kindly suggest first course of treatment should it be b12 injection or some other treatment like oral supplements and also which doctor I have to visit?

Sudden loss of eye vision on 1st April 2026. After that treatment goes with neurologist for 3 months . They checked his nerves blocked due to stroke. Several test like CT Angio Head & neck done. MRI Done. But after 3 months of medication. Eye vision still not recover. Kindly suggest any angiography treatment required for the same. Or what to do next, so that eye vision return back. Medicine - Cognivel 1 month Tab - Ecosprin AV for 3 months. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Hie, I Am unable to find out my exact health problem have consult many doctors, My all full body health checkup blood reports are normal but but I don't feel normal at all, I have accidity issue sometimes I feel shortness of breath head tightness specially if I go out I started feeling off balance or Tight head and neck and fear of dizziness. Sometimes for 1 to 2 min I get fast heartbeat shortness of breath and sweating in hand this all is happening since last 4 months. Also Bloating and Something weard noce in my ears during sleep especially when there is no sound around me. Are this Symptoms related to gut or nervous system.
