Back pain due to Jerk

Hiii...my husband is 38 years old...his weight is 93 kg... My husband has been having back pain because of a sudden jerk in his back. The doctor has prescribed medicine for seven days. Today, when he was lying down, I noticed that his lower back looked slightly inward. I have also shared a photo. Could you please tell me if this is normal or if it could be a reason for his back pain?

Burning sensation and pain

She has been experiencing a burning sensation and pain in her right calf muscle and right foot for the past 2 years. The pain is not severe while standing, walking, or doing household work, but it becomes worse after work when she rests, especially in the afternoon and at night. The burning sensation is mainly in the right calf and she also has pain in the right foot. There is no recent injury or trauma. The symptoms have been persistent for the last 2 years and are affecting her comfort and sleep. Could this be due to a nerve problem, muscle problem, poor blood circulation, or another condition? What investigations or treatment would you recommend?

Disequilibrium/Wobbly feeling

Hi doctors, For the last 1 year or so, I’ve had a minor wobbly, unsteady feeling in my legs when standing or walking. I feel fine lying down and fine when I wake up, but thus wobbly sensation shows as the day passes. I ignored it because symptoms were mild and nothing major happened (no falls or severe episodes), but it persists and fluctuates. I have no spinning vertigo, headaches, numbness, or speech issues. What could be the potential causes for this disequilibrium. Where should i contact for the actual diagnosis.

MRI findings of Cervical Spine

My wife (34 years) has had neck pain, left shoulder pain, and intermittent tingling/numbness in the left upper limb for the past few weeks. The pain improved while on medication but recurred after stopping it. MRI Cervical Spine (3T) shows straightening of the cervical spine with mild kyphoscoliosis, early degenerative changes, multilevel cervical disc bulges (C3-C7), with left-sided nerve root compression (more marked at C4-C5 and C5-C6), mild indentation of the anterior thecal sac/anterior cord, but no cord signal abnormality. She has no weakness, no hand clumsiness, no gait imbalance, and no bowel/bladder symptoms. Based on these MRI findings and her neurological status, kindly do the needful on recommending medicines  and physiotherapy so that she can recover please. No other health concerns apart from this and Thanking You in anticipation.

Teatany seizur or something else

Understood. Here's the corrected version: Geet Behrani (9 years): Born preterm at 8 months with a birth weight of 1.2 kg. Despite prematurity, she achieved normal developmental milestones and remained generally healthy until December 2025. In December 2025, she suddenly developed weakness in one leg and was unable to stand or walk properly, while remaining fully conscious. The episode improved. In June 2026, she had a more severe episode with stiffness of the face, both hands, fingers, and legs, causing difficulty in movement and speaking, but she remained fully conscious and aware throughout. There were no jerking movements and no loss of consciousness. The episode lasted a few minutes and gradually resolved. MRI brain and EEG were normal, and routine blood tests, including Vitamin D, were normal. She also has chronic dandruff/scalp scaling. The exact diagnosis remains uncertain, and further neurological and metabolic evaluation is ongoing.
