Brain and Spine Problems

I have a stiff neck and occasionally get dizziness which in turn gives me anxiety I have consulted cardiologist he ruled out any issue also went to EMT and ortho who ruled any possibility. I am getting physiotherapy since a week and the event of dizziness has come down kindly suggest to recover soon. This triggers my IBS so I have events of frequent washroom visits, please help

I feel lack of confidence,can't believe on people easily, sleep issue, anger issue, feel lonliness, unable to express myself...after covid 2021 my fathers death... I seprated myself from everyone because of anger and trust issues

1) Problem -I have been feeling  forehead tightness tightness (Pressure like) since 3 yrs. This tightness become worse on- studying, mobile screen,  Smell of Spicy food, Eating- spicy foods, Sweet products, Banana, & Onions.No throbbing pain, only tightness. 2)All tests are Normal-Brain MRI, BP, Suger(FBS), Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid, CT PNS,Eye Check,Vit-D&B12, Prolectin, Sodium serum. 3)My earlier lifestyle- I was seriously preparing for competitive exams via Online class since 2020.So, i cut physical activities and Outdoor sports. I  devoted myself only for study in a closed room. I Used to study in mobile pdf mostly. In jan 2023, I started feeling forehead tightness while I was Studying . Gradually,I started feeling forehead tightness on eating any food. 4) Visited many doctors but What problem I have is still unknown? Currently, taking Nexdom painkiller (some releif) daily . But I always fear that it cause serious side by effects on kidney latter. Hopeless, tired in life.

Doctor suggested surgery for spinal canal diameters in mm L4-L5 is 3.5 Patient age 70 years had issue of diabetes thyroid and bp , also . Is there any other option to avoid surgery?

My father is 65 year old and having cold cough from some days. Now he is complaining having pain in head while coughing only. Is it normal or something serious?

I am 35 yrs old male. Since 6 - 7 months i am having this issues. No matter how much i sleep in morning i am always exhausted in morning. When i wake up i feel my all muscles and joints stiff and sore not typical pain. Fatigue and exhaustion are so severe that cant even get up Sleep is sometime disturbed but still 6 hrs sleep. Fatigue is not propotional to it. It is way severe Following reports done and its normal:- Ecg , echo B12 , d3 , magnesium Cbc Hb= 13.2 ANA , HLA B27 , RF , ANTI CCP ALL NEGETIVE Crp , esr normal LFT AND KFT usg abdomen Mri spine Serum electrolytes Urine and blood culture Thyroid profile Sugar profile Mysthenia gravis antibody Allergy testing Tb gold test All normal What can it be ? My local doctor saying it can be chronic fatigue syndrome ? Is it ? Why it cause so much fatigue even after sleep and joint soreness in morning ? Pls solve this queri

Hi sir/Madam. My kid is 6 years old. He had a mild seizure on Feb 22 in sleep. On doctors suggestion we did MRI and EEG found no issue in mri but EEG showed little spike on the left part of the brain. So the Levipil syrup was suggested for next three months at night. Till now there is no seizure episode except the first one. But, he is little moody and gets very angry. This we have observed from mid April to till date. Wanted to know what may be the cause or is it normal Other than that is normal, active, eats, sleeps

Hi, My son is around 3 years old and has a development delay. For a few weeks we have noticed that he put pressure on one corner of the eye with finger and then moved his both eyes to one corner and focused on objects which are little far. We visited the paediatric ophthalmologist today and he told us there is refractive error in both eyes and the dilated eye exam needs to be done after that he will be prescribed the number. Also, My kid had Dengue Shock Syndrome when he was 4-5 months old. How much do we need to worry about refractive error issues? Does he need to wear spect's lifetime? Does Dengue Shoch Syndrome have anything to do with this refractive error or my child's development delay? Also, he has some redness in the eyes, so the doctor prescribed moxicip d, moxicip, pataone eye drops for one week. Are these safe? And Does both adults and children both have the same drops?
