Brain and Spine Problems

On last Thursday, not able to walk, stand, sit or lie down due to severe right side back pain. There is numbness on the right leg between knee and heel area [inner side]. Took MRI. Now on pain killer and lying down with pillow support under legs. What is the treatment required?

Hi, I'm a mother of 8 months old and 4 years old children. I get pain from my right hip to right bum and leg if i sleep with a pillow. If I don't sleep with a pillow I'm not able to move my neck up or down. What should I do?

I have been experiencing migraines for 10 years, occurring two to three times a month. For the last two months, Naxadom 500 has not been effective for my unbearable episodes. Are there alternative painkillers other than Naproxen that we should consider?

I have been diagnosed by my neurologist with PPPD. Earlier  sertraline and escitalopram tried but couldn't  tolerate. They were too activating for me. So now I have been given paroxetine 12.5 mg CR tablet since 6 months  which was working quite well. But since 1 month its effect reduced. Now only effective for few hrs (8 hrs) then again pppd worsning. So my doctor adviced me to take paroxetine 25 mg cr now. But i can not tolerate it as 25 mg all at once. So can i take it like 12.5 mg cr morning + evening for pppd. ? Twice a day dose. My main trigger is visual /motion .

Past 4 days she is waking up to breathe while trying to sleep(no snoring)with jerks too.even in daytime sleep.nose sometimes blocked.did treatment for allergic rhinitis.did mri echo everything came normal(in December)hrct in janaury...she had breathlessness while talking and doing excercise which ruled out to be mild asthematic.but her sleep has gone..her weight is 65.9 height 5'3...she can't sleep without anxiety homoeopathy medicine that too won't work like we'll..she don't gasp for air.but can sleep for very few hours..

I am a 25-year-old male with high blood pressure. I had pain in my left side of brain 7 months ago, it felt like a current, it would get better after a few seconds, then the left side of my face became weak, Slavia was drowning and was admitted to the hospital, egg and mri done diogenes gswd I took Levera for 4 or 5 months, then it would get better, then I stopped it, now 4 days ago it felt like a current, then pain in the entire head, sometimes near the eyes, sometimes on the right, then it would get better, after a few seconds Slavia was drowning, alertness was also less, I took Levera, then also there was pain but today it is not there, why did this repeat, what should be done
