Brain and Spine Problems

This CT brain scan belongs to my family member who is currently admitted to the hospital. I am not present there and do not have much information about the case. Could you please review the attached CT image and explain if there are any significant findings?

1)Hi, I have Forehead tightness all time (24/7) since last 3 yrs.This Tightness become worse on eating - Spicy foods &its smell, Sweet products, Onion & its smell, Banana, Cold drinks, Mobile/Laptop Screen it cause heavy sleepy eyes too) .I don't throbbing sharp pain but only (24/7) mild head tightness( which become worst by trigger as i mentioned above). 2)All tests Normal - Brain MRI, BP, Suger, Urine, Blood CBC, Thyroid,CT PNS, Vit D+B12,Eye test etc. 3)Visited many Neurologist and Psychiatrist  but not getting relief till now. 4)What problem I have is still unknown?? Some say- Migraine or TTH with hyper brain sensitivity or Both?? 5) Is it curable or lifelong problem?? Major problem is- I am not getting relief even on continuous medication usage. Please examine my problem and Medicines i used and reply what problem I have?? I want consultation and please please help me. My Life and care everything ruined . Please request help me

My grandmother has pain in her head in temporal region on both sides from 5 days what can be the cause ?

Patient is a 28-year-old female with severe headache, neck stiffness, spine and low back pain, recurrent dizziness, sensitivity to light and noise, nausea, pain while swallowing, difficulty moving the neck, disturbed sleep, repetitive thoughts, emotional distress, crying spells, difficulty understanding conversations, and anxiety/stress. Consulted Neurologist on 05 Jun 2026 and diagnosed with migraine. Treated with Provanol SR 40, Atreep 10, Topaz 25 and Spinfree with only partial relief. Later consulted MD Medicine on 10 Jun 2026. Blood tests showed Hb 10.5 g/dL, MCV 77, Potassium 3.19, Calcium 8.81; sugar and sodium normal. Temporary improvement after treatment. Orthopedic consultation on 21 Jun 2026 showed no rigidity; eye examination was normal. Follow-up with Neurologist on 22 Jun 2026. Im getting short term memory loss due to deep depression and grief of family issues,stagnant and less growth in work life and even due to loss of my grandparents within the year only. Its affecting my daily routine life too. Im so anxious what can help me with it? I feel so low and empty at times.

I have been diagnosed with vertigo since 2020, and have been unable to sleep facing the right side, it triggers dramatically and i started facing the left side while sleeping, but why can't I sleep facing the right side. Any suggestions from the experts?

My prolactins level were high and doctor suggested MRI These are the findings "There is an ovoid nodule measuring 6.6 x 8.8 x 5.7 mm (AP x TR x CC) seen in pituitary gland on left side, which appears isointense on T1, heterogeneously hyperintense on T2, hypoenhancing on early phase of dynamic contrast images and intense homogeneous contrast enhancement on delayed images of dynamic study. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards right side. Imaging findings are suggestive of pituitary microadenoma. Serum prolactin estimation is suggested." I am very worried, what does it mean ?

I m feeling heaviness in right hand between thumb and index finger and in foot too, the shoulder right side has a continuous burning compreseed pain along with wrist ,feels heavy,same below the ankle ,2 fingertoes are numb, also has a burning pain, Numbness is just feeling like when we sit too long on one side . however I am able to perform every work but what is this doctor? I'm too scared, is it starting of paralysis or what please reply ASAP

I am the mother of a 7 month old infant. I sleep on one side since my baby is born. Now since 2 months I am getting numbness in my hands in the morning and also pain during the twist... From 3 -4 days I am getting pain in my right side wrist of right hand and thumb. Please give your suggestions?
