Numbness and tingling with high pressure
Few weeks ago while working I suddenly felt weakness, numbness and tingling on my body and couldn't move my hands and legs and had breathlessness. My family checked my blood pressure and it was 130/80
I took Amlodipine 5mg immediately and felt better after 20-30 minutes.
Since than I've been taking Blood pressure medication daily (Amlodipine 2.5 mg)
I've lost my appetite and lost 3-4 kgs . I eat to stay strong but
I'm weak and unable to do much work like before. And I can't stay hungry because whenever I'm hungry my hands and legs starts to tingle and go numb , and I feel like fainting and during this episode my blood pressure goes up and once the tingling and numbness go away my blood pressure gets better.
I take blood pressure medication daily but every day I suffer numbness and tingling with fainting like symptoms atleast 2-3 times a day and when this symptoms occurs my blood pressure also rises and once I feel better my blood pressure gets better. What is the cause? Plz help

Balance problems with stiff neck & head
I have been experiencing persistent balance issues since 2024, along with stiffness and pressure in my neck and head. I had also experienced speech difficulties in 2022. Although MRIs of my head and neck have been normal, the symptoms have continued and are now causing severe memory and cognitive difficulties that affect my quality of life. I wanted to know whether a CT angiogram and CT venography of head and neck could help identify any issues that may not have appeared on MRI scans. I would also like to know if a doctor here could prescribe these tests if possible. Thank you!

Anxiety disorder
I am experiencing severe and worsening neurological and psychological symptoms affecting my ability to function. I have significant memory loss, mental blankness, zero concentration, and constant overthinking. I feel excessively sleepy and fatigued. I have blurred vision and episodes of disconnection from reality, sometimes like hallucinations. My sleep is disturbed, including talking in dreams at night. I experience anxiety attacks with shaking, weakness, and inability to function. Some body parts move involuntarily, and I have swelling in my hands and fingers. I am also struggling with self-harm. These symptoms are worsening, and I urgently need comprehensive medical evaluation and help.

Multiple dialects/fluency issue
Hello Doctor,
My main issue is communication anxiety affecting fluent communication, speaking, and verbal expression.
I mainly struggle with:
dialect/language switching confusion while speaking, with accent insecurity
Struggle to form thoughts internally even cannot able to express them coming out smoothly.
Because of this, whenever I need to speak in front of people - even in normal conversation - I become highly self-conscious and my verbal output becomes blocked (it feels like I freeze).
I often feel unable to express myself verbally the way I want to.
I need your opinion on this and a medication/treatment plan. If possible, Also provide me your contact no.

Balancing problem, PSP examined
My father is having trouble in balancing himself, not able to walk alone without support, problem escalated in 2 years. All diagnosis report no Parkinson's but one report said PSP. Right now he is taking ayurvedic medicines but there's not even 1% of improvement. Allopathy meds are very heavy and he mostly feels very sleepy and irritated all the time. He had a continuous sound in his left ear for which he took treatment too. But after that he developed this problem. We have seen almost 50 doctors. But the problem is still getting worse. Some said he had undergone a stroke and some said he has paralysis. No one is sure what caused this and what is this.! He is currently taking physiotherapy for lega and speech as well. Please can someone help me.

Migraine issues
Hey, I have been experiencing migraine headaches since the age of around 10–12 years. Earlier, the episodes were quite frequent, but over time their frequency has reduced to about 3–4 severe attacks per year. During these episodes, the pain is extremely intense, to the point that I am unable to get out of bed, and even medications like Vasograin do not provide relief. Vasograin is the only medication I take for my headaches, nothing else.
In addition to these severe migraine attacks, I also experience mild to moderate headaches about 1–2 times a week, especially when I have increased screen time or higher levels of work-related stress.
I have identified certain triggers for my migraines, including exposure to strong smells, prolonged loud noise or music, stress, less sleep and consumption of fast food.
