Brain and Spine Problems

After an upper-body workout—like curls or chest press—my upper back becomes stiff and I feel imbalanced while moving. One time, after a chest workout, I came home and lay on my back on the bed without a pillow, and I felt like the room was spinning. The spinning sensation went away after some time, but I still feel stiffness and imbalance while walking or standing. This only happens after a workout, and if I don’t work out, I feel fine.

Ongoing symptoms after TB (2018), COVID (2020), ear issues, muscle loss, and daily morning headache — what could be the cause? In 2018, I had TB and took 9 months of medicines. After that, I started getting headaches every time I tried to sleep. In 2020, I got COVID and again had severe headaches. Later I had TB again and took only 1.5 months of TB medicines (no supportive medicines). In 2022, three problems started together: • Left ear pain and ringing in the left ear • Tingling in both legs • Urine infection symptoms — burning sensation, but urine report shows no bacteria even after many antibiotics Since then, I have been losing muscle and lost around 10 kg. I also got back pain, thigh muscle loss, and knee pain. The most worrying thing is: • Every morning when I wake up, I get severe headache • My face suddenly developed deep wrinkles near eyes and darken • My cheek fat/volume reduced suddenly Why is this happening? Hi I am 36 old.. I had a black spot beside forehead found today.. It is hard and black colour. I dnt feel it is like a mole. Plz let me know what is it. And y it happen so. . My medical history is below Sufferd from tb lymphoneds. 9 month course done . Now cleared.. It's is completed in  may2025. After that I had nerve prblm frm neck to shoulder and then to arm. And numbness in ring and little finger on both hands. And I get pain around ear and then to one side of head.. Seems. Like. Maigraine And saiatic in l4 l5 s1. And sinus too. I had Adinode in nose. And had swollen between index and thumb finger in both hands.. Plz suggest me sir. I tried gabhapantine 300 mg so many months. Until tab usage no pain. After that in one Month again pain starts

2 months ago i started getting dizzy after falling asleep then took medicine for vertigo got better but then developed gastritis that got better now past two days can't sleep because of tingling in the whole body. All blood reports normal.

Is this a neurocyst in my brain (possibly from tapeworm)? I took a brain mri, and the circled area is concerning

Hi doct, I have upper back pain in left side from 3 years, recently it got worsen and pain went to chest. I consult a doct they said its all related to cervical . I went for medication . I also went to neurologist he said its come from your neck .. i was doing some excercise. For some period of time i feel good. But from last 1 month i feel wierd symptoms like i feel chest tightness, feel pain when i touched the chest, breast, shoulder , upper chest. I also feel sometimes my breathe is heavy but sometime i feel.good. I also feel body sorness. Also having lightheaded and having weakness in body. My back and neck stiffness and cracking sound. Balance issue as well and issue in concentration. I also checked with cardiologist. My eco and stress test is normal. I am not able to understand whats happening in my body. Please suggest something. Is it related to nervous system or other disease.

Blood haemorrhage at starting stage is curable or not after the age of 70...Is it treatable or not...can you give explanation

Dear Doctor, I have had lower-back pain for 20 days, with pain radiating to my buttock and knee. I recently had an MRI and was told by a spine surgeon that urgent surgery is needed, with about a 10% risk of foot drop. Could you please review my MRI and let me know: 1. If surgery is truly necessary at this stage, or if conservative treatment may allow it to heal on its own. 2. Whether delaying surgery could cause permanent nerve damage. Thank you for your guidance.
