Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, I have been prescribed Arvast A 150 after I suffered ischemic stroke 11 months ago. I want to know if this medicine needs to be taken lifelong and if so can I shift to Arvast A 75 or any other medicine for secondary prevention of stroke.

I have a burning sensation in my calfs along with knee and foot pain .walking discomfort. My NCS shows no abnormalities.Knee x ray is normal. My vitamin d is 25 and b12 is 850. Doctor suggested to have b12 injection on weekly basis What is the reason? What are other factors which cause leg discomfort? Do I need to consult with cardiology for any blood flow in the leg ? Last 4 month I am suffering lot

I have MDR-TB in my lymph nodes and I’m in my 5th month of treatment. I’m experiencing unbearable tingling, numbness and painful cramps in both legs, especially at night. My doctor says it will take time, but I’m struggling with the pain. It was due to linzoid tablet doctor has stopped it i am not taking it i went to neuro doctor also and taking a medicine but is ther anything any painkiller to get rid of this pain instant its been weeks of continuous pain and i am tired please help

For the past several months, I experienced severe right-sided pain around the periphery of my eye up to three times a week, accompanied by occasional vomiting. My CT scan came back normal, and I have been taking Migrabeta and Amitriptyline for the last four months, which has significantly reduced the frequency and intensity of my headaches. Currently, the pain has shifted to a milder, intermittent ache above my eye, and I am also experiencing nasal congestion along with acidity.

My wife sufferings headache from more then 2 years And last 2 months she suffered daily headaches on head all sides. We consult MD doctor and she completed migraine medicine 10 days course but still not help. Now doctor ask us to another specialist who can confirm about CT/MRI Did we right track?

I fell on backside of my head in the bathroom. I having slight headache and head pain for last 7 days. Can anyone suggest whether I shall go for neurologist or general physician?

I have been experiencing difficulty concentrating and focusing on things. I often forget recent things and sometimes even forget important tasks or directions. I also have a lot of negative thoughts and tend to think negatively about myself and my life. These problems have been getting worse recently and are affecting my daily life.

I was speaking and i suddenly couldn't speak for 3-4 seconds but then i could speak again. Initially I thought I was having a panic or confusion thing because I was talking to a person I'm not on good relations with. But my heart wasn't racing or any other symptoms so I'm concerned. We were having a normal conversation related to work. I was able to speak clearly before and after. I was too aware of it and it lasted too long to be panic or confusion. If it was confusion I would be spluttering out flusteredly mixing my words or something but it was more like I had lost the ability to speak. I have been under a lot of stress lately and was using screen for a couple of hours before this happened. Also, I have JME and have been taking medicine for about 5 years. I take Britzilam 50 two times a day to manage it. Before this incident I missed a dose yesterday morning. I have also been taking metrogyl, zifi and bacillus clausi spore suspension to manage a gut infection/loose motions.

My grandma is 75 year's old. She got brain stroke cloths and bleed like 4 months ago. She became paralysed nasal feeded and a catheral tube injected. She has been on medication in between she used to be active like crying opening the eyes and trying to communicate but couldn't due to paralysis. But now for 2 weeks she is sleeping too much 18 19 hours barely eyes are opening. She is only active when she does poop . Due to financial crises we couldn't visit hospital and we have been taking care. What needs to be done now

I have Pain in neck that goes to head,behind eyes , base of skull . So what to do . Nsaids dont help
