Brain and Spine Problems

Attached is brain mri.few days back he got speech disturbance for 30 sec .At the moment he is fine.have hip replacement surgery month back.recovery is good.is report shows urgency?any concern regarding contrast injection and radiation for ct angio of neck vessel? Any alternative?

Please any one can explain about  MRI report And  suggest medicine...,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,..,.,.,.,..,.,..,

Age 54, male, approx from 10 years, I experience occasional vertigo like dizziness, usually once a year during same season, triggered by turning over in bed, bending my head down, suddenly standing up. Which should I consult to ENT, physiotherapist, or neurologist? And is it treatable.

I am MS patient since last 15 years am going fine otherwise iam a working professional but sometimes I feel problem in walking then I have to walk by dragging my feet after walking a few kms I get tired very soon n I have major stability and strength issue. I easily walk of flat surface but cannot climb stairs without holding railing please suggest me any relevant medicine not steroids which will help me with strength and will improve my walking stability
