Brain and Spine Problems

On 12 March my bhabhi has delivered a boy and after 9 hours due less oxygen supply to brain he was alone fainted situation and admitted to nicu .. now his situation is stable But due to the time when his brain does not get appropriate oxygen mri report has shown some damage ... I need to consult about the situation and further what will be the medication and treatment available so that this problem can be cured

My husband is having chronic stress from last 7 months 1. He is not able to sleep at all. 2. Donot feel excitement in any thing. 3. Not able to concentrate, analyse and recall the work. 4. Always feel that he will not get well or come out of it. 5. Life feels burden to him At present he is taking medication from 1 month as Lopez 3 mg Quitipin 12.5 Torvox 5 mg Betacap Enchorate Chrono After medication he able to sleep but other things not seems to improve. Rather he is unable do work

Below is my sisters report: Protocol: Multisequence and multiplanar MR imaging study done. FINDINGS: Spine alignment and vertebra: Loss of cervical lordosis. Osteophytic lipping in C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae. End plates appear normal. Cranio­vertebral junction and atlanto­axial joint are normal. Intervertebral Discs: At C2–C3, C3­C4 and C4­C5 levels: Grade II­III disc desiccation, posterior bulge indenting thecal sac. At C5–C6 level: Grade III disc desiccation with diffuse bulge, annular tears, posterior longitudinal ligament thickening abutting left exiting nerve root. At C6–C7 level: Grade III disc desiccation, diffuse bulge, central­bilateral paracentral annular tear with protrusion abutting cord. Spinal cord and canal: Spinal cord is normal in morphology and signals. No secondary spinal canal stenosis. Spinal canal dimensions at the disc levels: Paravertebral muscles: Appear normal. Doctor is suggesting surgery.please advise

Hello Doctor I was working earlier from home and due to long sitting hours I got severe back pain which was going to my left leg, so I consulted a general physician doctor locally and got the MRI done for back in July last year and MRI was normal. The doctor suggested 2 medicines which I took and back pain gradually reduced. Now again I have got back pain and leg pain , numbness and vibration like feeling in the knee back side and back . again I consulted another doctor and he suggested Gabapin Nt medicine for 2 months. Pls suggest if gabapin nt is good for this type of problem. I don't like the feeling which I get after  taking this medicine. I feel like I am getting unconscious. Pls suggest if I can continue taking this medicine for 2 months?

I have been taking levera for 4.5 years. Dosage is 250mg in the morning and 750mg at night. Since, medication has started, I have trouble concentrating, experiencing poor memory, less interest in studies and other activities like sports, reading etc. Also feeling low motivation. I have experienced seizures thrice. First unprovoked. Second due to missed dose. Third after gradual withdrawal of medicine. Does levera cause such cognitive and behavioral changes? Should I ask my doctor to change medicine?

The simple arachnoid cyst 23x14x16mm, ap x tr x cc seem left tempornal region. Do we have any issues with this?

Right Hand pain and palm numbness and tingling sensation. Used maxgalin m 75 and implant plus tablet as per online doctor consultation. But still pain is there and sleeping with these tablets
