Hello,
Your MRI does not show any tumour, major blockage, bleeding, or other serious structural problem. It shows mild changes in the small blood vessels of the brain and some mild age-related reduction in brain volume. There is also a very small old scar-like change in the left frontal area. These changes can be seen with ageing and conditions like high BP, diabetes or high cholesterol. They do not usually require any surgery. I would recommend a clinical consultation to correlate these findings with your symptoms and check for any vascular risk factors.
