Impression:
Small vessel ischaemic changes with age related cerebral atrophy.
Observation:
No evidence of acute infarct,hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted.
Multiple T2/FLAIR hyper intensities without diffusion restriction is notes in bilateral frontal and parietal deep white matter.
Mild Prominence of ventricular system,sulci and basal cisterns noted.
