This is what my EEG report sayss «"The EEG was obtained using the International 10–20 system of electrode placement. The patient was awake during the entire recording. Provocative techniques in the form of hyperventilation and photic stimulation were used. The background activity consists of waves with a frequency above 13 Hz in most leads. A few spikes and sharp waves were present in the recording. No generalized seizure activity was present during the procedure. Impression: This is an abnormal EEG. Please correlate clinically. Not for medico-legal purposes. Advised: Neuroimaging for complete evaluation."» Unfortunately, I can't afford an MRI right now. Should I be worried about these findingss? Can someone explain what this report means in laymen terms? Also, could these EEG findings be related to cognitive issues such as problems with memory, concentration, or thinking?

I do eat well and healthy free urination is been passed though eating properly, exercising well,why I can't do my bowel movement freely my body feels like empty is dumped inside my belly for hours,so I try to go and release it...just gas getting released,if I think nothing problem and try to move then it suddenly comes down and my dress getting uncleaned.

My husband has been suffering from a persistent headache for the past two months. We have consulted multiple specialists, including a neurologist, an ENT specialist, and an ophthalmologist (he underwent LASIK eye surgery five years ago). The following evaluations have all been normal: • CT scan from ENT • Eye examination, including vision and dry eye assessment • ERP/EEG (as advised) He has also tried several medications, including Amitone, Pronovol SR, Montek BL, and a few migraine medications, but none have provided relief. The headache typically begins at the point between his eyebrows and gradually spreads above both eyebrows. As the pain develops, he experiences significant dizziness and a constant feeling of nausea. The symptoms usually start shortly after he wakes up and begins his daily activities. Interestingly, he does not experience pain while sleeping or eating. However, as soon as he resumes any other activity, the headache returns.

I have problem and facture in d11 and d12 and fixed with screws or rods and my main nerve is compressed doctor told and no movement in my legs have a sensation or feel pain but too much stiffness in legs somedoctors say a have a compression on main nerve or nerve is trying to recover back and some doctors says have a clot on main nerve is clot removed with surgery or with any ither treatment from nerve on main

Had tripants for 2 months for migrane. Got relief for next 2 months. But now after somedays am feeling the same headache and nausea. Want to know the cure as am very frustrated. Please help

Doctor from last few months my sister in law is suffering from back pain, and recently she had severe pain and they consulted neuro surgeon and after MRI scan he suggested to go for surgery,so my doubt is is it curable  compulsory by surgery only, otherwise is there any another treatment is there like tablets or injections and physiotherapy please give suggestions to her and if they go for surgery what are the side effects of it. In MRI report findings are: Multi level disc dessication changes noted. Spinal canal diameters are : L1-L2  :10.8 mm L2-L3   :4.3 mm L3-L4  : 4.5 mm L4-L5 : 7 mm L5-S1 : 9.2 mm
