Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Dr, From last 10 days… I am facing strange brain fog issue.When it comes then I mild mild tightness and little dizziness and Pin pain on skull here and there. Sometime very mild sudden spasm pain on head which comes and goes. when this Tightness feels then legs feel heavy. These synths come and goes. I am extreme health anxieties . I dnt know if my symtoms are mine Anxieties, nEver issue or Brain cancer. I know Only SCAN can confirm this … But can we not conclude anything with my above mentioned symtoms.? It is approx 1month Now. I am doing mine office work, Driving 5 km daily to office… I can type this message…. whenever searching google, Seeing Brain cancer case for YOUNG people with just minor symtoms which turned brain cancer and died sooner. These things are really scared…. i am not takin any medicine. what basic neurological test at home can i do to relief my stress bit? Please suggest

I am a student and have to travel a lot in the metro and walk a lot and the college I am experienceing deep pain in my right leg since day one and I am holding the metro holder for a long time so I am feeling numbness at my finger tips which has lasted for the last 15 days and even in this 4 to 5 day vacation it has not cured. I'm in 15 months Brain tb treatment... Now my Dr has advised me to take ATT (only R-Cinex) till 18 months... My MRI which was done 15 may 2026 says no spot or lesion but a new CT done in 1 august 2026 says I have gliotic focus and my CRP is also bit high like 13 ... In 6 months of tb treatment I had recovered from headache but from last 1 month I'm getting severe headache... I asked my Dr about this but my Dr said it's because of ATT ... Is it happening because of ATT??

The pain is triggered by rubbing or touching the area with my hand or towel, and it also occurs when I cough. Initially, the pain was mild and occurred mainly with these triggers, but since yesterday, it has become constant. The pain is now radiating toward my left ear and also toward my left eye. I also experienced tingling in the same area yesterday. The pain is still mild but has remained persistent since yesterday

Hi, my mother is complaining that her skin feels like tearing, burning and if someone is poking it with needles. This has developed after taking vaccination for Covid and we have seen many dermatologists but no one could treat it. We are seeing an immunologist who diagnosed Vasculitis, and she is trying to suppress the immune system's response however the condition is not improving. We are feeling hopeless and my mother is still in discomfort which is very difficult to see and her anxiety is also triggering since there is no improvement in her condition. Please Help 🙏🙏

Hello my name is Nikhil I have been getting migranes for the past 4 days repeatedly they occur at the same time in the afternoon in between 2pm and 4pm i experiance mild pain behind my right eyebrow its like a pulsing pain and nausea they last for about 1.5 to 2 hrs. I do have work 8 hours a day from home and stare at a computer screen the whole can you please advise what i can do to remedy this.

My mother P.Nagamani has been diagnosed with L4 L5 spinal stenosis with spondylolisthesis .She tried to manage the condition through consjervative methods but failed.So on 25/08/26 she underwent spinal fusion surgery but since then there is severe pain at incision site and even while sleeping or sitting .Is it ok?Any medications or way to reduce pain please kindly advise me in this hour of profound gried for me as a son

Hi dr, I am having strange sensation in my head from 1 month It is like pin pain randomly skull which appears left and right...comes and goes, heaviness randomly ( but headache) since 1 month. I did my eye test. Attaching report I am software engineer so working pm laptop Not sure if my headaches issue is of eye or not.. But can we says from eye report that there are less chance of any brain issue now ( i am extreme health anxities issue...)
