Brain and Spine Problems

From last 3-4 year I was feeling shock waves like pain in the head while coughing, laughing, sudden sitting up position and after that feel pain in the neck,  so doctor told me for MRI brain and spine and diagnosed with following : The first neck bone (C1) is fused with the skull. The top of the spine (dens) is slightly higher than normal (mild basilar invagination). The lower part of the cerebellum (tonsils) is slightly pushed down — tonsillar herniation. want to if I hv to go through surgery or is thr any medication or some physical exercises can heal the problem.

Suffering from sciatica pain due to disc bulging in L5-S1 as per MRI. Dr. Suggested for surgery- microscopic  lumbar discectomy (MLD). However I am kidney transplant patient (operated in 2009) and on immunosuppressant, steroid and other medicines & can not take pain killers now or after surgery. Suggest if there are any other options apart of this surgery, may be non-invasive treatment or other treatment where no medication is required.

Disc protrusion of c6-c7 causing mild thecal and right lateral recess nerve root indentation Symptoms: 1. Pain radiating in both the shoulders left and right 2. Lower back pain 3. Back of the head pain 4. Neck pain 5. When I lift or use my arms pain in the side if the respective chest (left if left shoulder used and so on) I'm able to walk but lower back pain Does it require any surgery or posture correction, medications and physiotheraphy needed? I took an ECG as well turned out to be normal and BP is normal. It all started from a long time running. Plus I've body twitching from couple of days

I have an anxiety history and taking SSRI 5mg daily. From past 2 years I have been dealing with tongue burning sensation which started very painful but later subsided and gone, now it comes back sometimes when I remember about it like a memory gets click. I had been to oral medicine and Dr said it is anxiety after treating me for oral infection but they do not found any physical issue. My psychotherapist says it is anxiety, now from 4 week I am having a nerve pain not burning on the side edges of my tongue sometime on left and then right, I can feel more pain if I touch it with teeth. The pain subside for sometimes and comes back and I am so anxious that is this will go away? I did not found any expert in Mumbai India for the same who can provide me a solution for it and I am scared right now. Do not know what to do

I have found some varicose viens reflecting on my left leg behind the knees . What is treatment and cure for that.

Hi my self manu I am feeling back and irritation since from someday and also I am feeling dehydration and feeling sick

My forehead was normal before. One day, while walking, I hit my forehead on a wall. My forehead became swollen. My parents applied ice packs, and after a few days the swelling reduced slightly, but it never fully went away. Even after 6 years, the swelling is still present. Later, I again hit my face near the ear, and the same thing happened — swelling occurred and it did not go away completely. After that, I hit the back of my head on a wall, and again the swelling stayed for a long time. Even a small hit causes swelling for me, and it does not go away even after a year

This has been happening occasionally for months at this point. Just to say I have already had a brain MRI 2 years ago and it said mild sinus mucous thickening other than that the report was said normal. For last 8 months atleast I have started getting horrifying sudden pressure in my head. It almost always happens while I am laying on my bed and 90% of the time after waking up. It's usually sudden and pressure (not pain) at an area of my head usually left. It feels like something is grabbing that area and tons of pressure. Before it used to just happen and go away, but my recent episode it lasted for 3 mins and started right after I woke up in early morning. I woke up still laying on my bed little sleepy haven't moved. The second I moved the pressure started with prickling sensation in my left hand index and left hand thumb. Other fingers felt fine. This lasted for 2-3 minutes. No other symptoms. The last episode was few weeks ago. The episode I had before that was 1 month ago.

I am suffering from right side headache from last 8-9 months which is now occurring every 2-3 days which is very severe and at that time tears also come from my right eye.
