Brain and Spine Problems

I am finding difficult to memorize the things, yesterday only I have revised the day 4 line sentance with proper understanding then also at evening i forgot things.

I have constant headache from past 2 3 days i take medicine it help in 1 or 2 hour then again headache and also neck pain and stiffness

Hi doctor I am experiencing brain heaviness and dizziness..unable to concentrate from past 15 days.. sometimes i feel numbness on the left hand and leg I visited doctor...he gave me tablets for vertigo and Tryptomer 25mg and triptolol 40/10 mg but nothing is working for me. Still brain heaviness is there.. can you please suggest some tablets thanks

Its been a month ive persistent headache in the back of my head and near the eye area behind the eyes it feels like pain entering via temporal region and moving towards the orbits , to mention my screen time is 7 hours on phone and no been under stress from long time what it could be ? Do i need any test to be done

For past 5 years,  I was on Levera 500 mg twice a day. But due to side effects like low concentration, emotional numbness, low mood, lack of motivation etc, my neurologist has switch medicine to Brivaracetam 50 mg in the day and 100 mg in the night. I have been on Briv since a week now. How long does it take to experience benefits of switching from keppra to Briviact?

When my husband hear sudden sound, So he get tinnitus symptoms in ears and he get palpitations, So what he should do ? and which medicines can he use for this problem ?

Pain in back side of neck after regular study of 2-3 weaks due continuous head down position of head for writing and reading purpose, also pain in jaw line, teeth, muscles or nerves in front part of neck. Eyes are also light sensitive and because of which I have headache. Unable to face sunlight, headlight of vehicles, unable to cross road due excessive light, unable to read in tubelight, I m using very low intensity bulb for studying. Whenever I go out I wear black sunglasses to prevent my eyes from sunlight.

I am suffering from chronic neck problems  ( pain and stiffness) from 2 years (off and on ) Now i am feeling vibrations in my left arm for about 2-3 seconds then it stops Also facing pain in left temple and back of lower head. Mri reports reports attached below ( done 2 years ago) Note: these problems started after i hit my head to iron Almira.

Is there a cure for it? I have suffering with non spinning vertigo from past 1.5 years. Swaying , unbalance feeling and anxiety from it

Is this a bat bite and do I need to worry ?? Please help me figure it out I am in too much tension .
