Next thing is that Im a medical student, small body symptoms make me think More and more and I always overthink about it.Because of this my whole day gets ruined and I am unable to do anything. Swelling and intense pain near wrist!

I am seeking clinical guidance for a 50-year-old female presenting with persistent pain and swelling in the right wrist. An ultrasound confirmed mild inflammatory tenosynovitis of the dorsal compartment tendons with subcutaneous tissue edema. This localized presentation occurs in the context of significant uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c 9.1%, fasting glucose 285 mg/dL) and systemic inflammation, evidenced by elevated CRP (28.70 mg/L) and ESR (31 mm/hr). Additionally, the patient shows signs of early metabolic-associated organ stress, including an elevated Microalbumin-Albumin/Creatinine Ratio (64.45 mg/g) and elevated liver enzymes (SGOT 62 U/L, SGPT 107 U/L, GGT 106 U/L). Given this clinical picture, I would appreciate your expertise on the following: Does this tenosynovitis likely represent a direct manifestation of the patient's uncontrolled metabolic and systemic inflammatory state? Furthermore, what is the recommended management strateg

Visual changes after headache

Since 2023, I have been experiencing episodes that start suddenly with blurred vision. After a few minutes, I develop a headache, usually around the temples, and the severity of the headache seems related to how long the blurred vision lasts. Sometimes I also experience nausea, goosebumps, fatigue, and a feeling that I might feel better if I vomit, although I do not always vomit. These episodes initially occurred about once every 3 months, then once a month, and recently every 2–3 weeks. In the last 2 days, I have had back-to-back episodes, now frequency increased. Sometimes deep breathing or drinking water seems to help, but I am not sure. My blood sugar is normal, my general blood tests 3 months ago were normal, and an MRI brain scan done in early 2023 was also normal.

Bubbling/spasm sensation causing anxiety

I am having random pain throughout the stomach and chest region starting from the month of May, It comes for 1minutes then go away, I suspect that the gas gets trapped in some places and then it causes pain though I don't know for sure. And frequent bubbling or spasm like sensations too this is causing anxiety when it is happening like rapid heart beat. I have consulted various doctors so far they did hrct chest - normal spirometry and diffusion bdr - normal then echo doppler - normal usg whole abdomen - duodenal point tenderness. The doctors are now prescribing amitriptyline or rexipra which is just adding symptoms like causing excessive dry mouth along with dizziness. I want to have clarity in this like is it all in my head really or is it happening because of something else. I try to maintain my lifestyle like eating early, walking after eating then not eating junk but still this problems are happening to me...now I am not sure about anything.
