Brain and Spine Problems

I have constant headache from past 2 3 days i take medicine it help in 1 or 2 hour then again headache and also neck pain and stiffness

I am 18 yrs old and I have pain in my eyes and head some time one side some time another side and pain always circulating all round the head, I consulted doctors and they said that you have sinus issue and also I have gas problem, And my pain start when I wake up and i suffer from eye and head pain all over the day, When i bend down my head my headache become worse it's like pinch type pain in my head and also I feel dry eye issue when I blink it feels like dry. Please give suggestion.

Hello Doctor, I have been having quite a lot of difficulty focusing for the past several days. For example, when I meet a new person, I can see and interact with them at the time, but when I meet them again after a few days, I sometimes cannot recognize their face or remember who they are. I am also finding it difficult to concentrate on almost anything. It feels like my mind is constantly occupied with thoughts, and sometimes I feel as if there is a kind of dizziness or something moving/going on in my head. Because of this, I am concerned that there might be an underlying issue. Could you please advise me on what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do about them? Please let me know if I should come in for a consultation or get any tests done.

Hi dr, From last 15 days, i am experiencing very strange issue on back of my head, left and right side and very mild neck and head base area. 1. Started with radiating pain on left side near ear area and neck base. 2. After 3 days, neck spasm decreased with help of zerodol MR but starnge sensation on head was always there 3. From 5th day... pin pain kind of random periodic pain started left and right side hear area which comes..stay for few hours and then sift 4. I feel mild giddiness( dnt know if dizziness... it is same feeling as someone is straining at 1 finger with full concentration) 5. I am able to do my whole life and office work woth all this sensation 6. From yesterday... neck amd mild spine upper pain has started but it is low. Back upper..strange sensation like Pin pain... sudden crawling...BUT NO HEADACHES of full head at all. I am really confused what are all this happening?? Can I try medicine Amitriptyline medicine?? Please suggest...

SO FROM PAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ANXIETY AND WENT TO SEVERAL DOCS DID EEG ECG BLOOD TEST NOTHING IS SERIOUS AT LAST I WENT TO PSYCHIATRIST FIRST HE GAVE SOME VITAMIN MEDICINE AND SOME OTHER MEDICINE AND WITH TOFISOPAM IN SOS WHICH I NEVER TOOK. From LAST FEW DAYS I WAS OKAY BUT SUDDENLY I GOT SO MUCH STRESSED FROM A BAT THINKING IT'S RABID AS I TOUCHED IT AND I WAS TRIPPING OUT. SO YESTERDAY I WENT TO MEET MY PSYCHIATRIST AND HE GAVE ME 2 MORE MEDICINE ONE IS ANTO DEPRESSANT AND OTHER IS ANTI-ANXIETY (CLONAZEPAM+PROPRANOLOL 20MG) AND I WILL NOT TAKE IT DUE TO THE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS AND DEPENDENCY.. Currently i am tired like tired or everything LIKE I DON'T FEEL INTEREST IN ANYTHING AND MY BACK HEAD FEELS HEAVY IDK WHY BEFORE I FELT ALL PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS NOW I HAVE SYMPTOMS ONLY IN HEAD AND MIND.. Someone please help..

I have my exams incoming from 1st sep And , I just started having issues with writing Whenever I hold a pen and strt writing, as soon as pen touches the paper the pain starts, the pen feels like hammer to write with (fatigue in arms) if I force to write a page or two Been suffering with this since 1 week Any medication or exercise that would help me solve this issue early

Sir, I have been prescribed Arvast A 150 after I suffered ischemic stroke 11 months ago. I want to know if this medicine needs to be taken lifelong and if so can I shift to Arvast A 75 or any other medicine for secondary prevention of stroke.

I have a burning sensation in my calfs along with knee and foot pain .walking discomfort. My NCS shows no abnormalities.Knee x ray is normal. My vitamin d is 25 and b12 is 850. Doctor suggested to have b12 injection on weekly basis What is the reason? What are other factors which cause leg discomfort? Do I need to consult with cardiology for any blood flow in the leg ?
