I had numbness from my shoulder to wrist in the evening and now I’m having pain in the same place. I didn’t do any hard work or exercise recently. What could be the reason and what should I do now. Please advise . I'm a male -41

On 28th I did a yoga pose ( mountain pose ) and suddenly i felt a burning sensation on the right side of the backside of the head and right eye became teary and right nostril became watery after that I had no symptoms but yesterday (7/12/25 ) I had little burning sensation and a little numbness again on the same site only in supine position but didn't happen when I am standing.
