Brain and Spine Problems

Hello I m 39 year old male, From last 15 days, i feel numb in left arm at night when I wake up to feed the baby, mostly I hold the baby at night on my left hand. It gone in 1-2 minutes Do help me

I am under treatment with antibiotics for appendicitis and later i got sudden tiredness and spinning and second time spinning is severe due to stress and prolonged avoiding of non veg.. Why its happening and whom to consult

Having migrane everyday. Can i live a normal life? Had many medicine nothing is working except naxdom 500. But cant take daily. Have a very good lifestyle too. Had a head hit but normal ct scan after that i having migrane,which is continuous with nausea. Dull pressure.

Had an accident 6 months ago - got hit in the head by a bus at 30 kmph on left side of forehead. No broken bones, but right side retina detached and had first emergency eye surgery (general anaesthesia). 90 days after, had second eye surgery (local anaesthesia) and very next day onwards started strange extreme fatigue. Fatigue was so bad was bed ridden for 3 weeks. Slowly improving but fatigue still comes in waves during the day. Thyroid is normal with 150 mg Thyroxin per day, Sugar is normal at 5.8 HbA1C. Brain scans are normal with no lesions. Optical nerve is normal.MRI is normal. EKG is normal. No sleep issues. Not depressed. Can't climb one flight of stairs without running out of breath and feeling as if 10kg weight tied to legs. 51 years old and was active and healthy until the accident. Right hand injury during the accident is undergoing physiotherapy for pain until neck and shoulder. No other anomalies. What is the right doctor / specialist to help me out ?

From past 5 days ego I felt vibration feeling in my body for 3 4 seconds from that I felt like spinning sensation in my body like vertigo I counselted general doc he said might be due to strees give me some medicine feels good but not completely cured what happens NY shoulders my body feels heavy when I standing I still but my mind feels like imbalance and also have dizziness what should I do can explain properly

Got MRI done and got this report below ,is there anything to worry ? i was havibg headache from last 15 days so dr asked to get it done took medicine a bit better now ,can anyone explain this report

Bad headache, a year ago, light sensitivity started off small, at night with bright light the light sensitivity used to be there and there used to be a headache which was only above my eyebrows, that was in December 2025, i didn't consult, so 9 months later, it increased to the point it carries out the entire day, my headache is from the temples to the jaw, behind my eyes above the eyebrows and nose bridge beneath my eyes too, i get a stiff neck and pain in shoulders too due to this recently, and some times there are cramp like headaches which is a sharp pain for a few secs and it disappears, this headache is for 20 or more days, then a week it stops appears again, sleep 2 to 10am,an hour later the headache comes, by afternoon i sleep from 3pm to 6pm and the headache is still there which intensifies by night, its too much now, its not like i can't tolerate it, i can but i can't focus anymore except for the pain, went to neuro , megracyn meds didn't work, lot of sleepiness brain fog too

37M. I was fine until ~50 days ago. Since then I have intermittent head heaviness/fogginess, needing extra effort to concentrate/work, mild dizziness and a feeling that my head/body is not fully focused. I get random brief pin-prick pains in different scalp/head areas and occasional brief zap/electric sensations; these are now less frequent. I also have heaviness/tightness at the back of my head and lower neck. At times I feel internal shaking without visible tremor. Occasionally I feel subjective leg heaviness and positional finger tingling, but I can walk, work, drive and perform daily activities without persistent weakness or falls. Symptoms often reduce when busy. I have anxiety about brain disease and am seeing a psychologist. Video neurological assessment was normal. Eye examination, including fundus/optic discs, was normal. Is it normal for my right front head to go into freeze mode often. No pain but i can feel the pressure. Sometimes when i have work pressure that pressure shifts to right neck and right shoulder. Whats the problem ?

I have my close relation brother who is an alcoholic. From long time but he used quit & again start Heavily from last 3 years he is undergoing some issues while he stopping to drink. In last 3 years he stopped alcohol many times but in that he got seizures also 3 times whenever he got seizures doctors have suggested for diazepam & zapiz . In which he used to be normal after 2 to 3 days then he stops. But this time means 3rd time he got seizures now we took him to hospital they asked to start long time medications & given levepsy 500mg 1 in morning & 2 in night within a week he got skin allergy & rashes so again we approached the doctor he has changed the tablet to zeptol 200mg morning 1 & evening 1 but still again same problem occurred after giving dexona injection + allergy tablet. Again we took him yesterday doctor again changed the tablet to gardinol 60mg only once in the night. But still there no improvement after same injection & tablets. Any suggestions what to do next.
