High BP 180/90

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother has severe headache from 3 days. When we consult doctor BP 180/90. They suggest CT scan. But ct scan report came normal. After giving LOVE 20 MG injection two times bp reduced to 130/90. But after 6 hours BP again rises to 160/90. And severe headache started. After giving DYNAPAR AQ Injection headache reduced. Again BP rising to 170/90. What should we do kindly suggest.

Evaluate for hypertension and get a cardiac check up done 2 d echo carotid Doppler should be done Also renal causes of hypertension needs to be ruled out Usg abdomen with pelvis to check for for renal abnormalities
