​I am writing to seek a professional riskassessment regarding a potential indirect rabies exposure that occurred today,February 16, 2026.I've been struggling with anxiety regarding this incident and would appreciate your clinical perspective based on my extensive vaccinationhistory. ​August-October 2025:Received 5doses.February9,2026:Received my most recent dose (4th dose of the current cycle).5th dose due at20s of feb.Today, while walking,I felt a sudden"twitching" sensation on the fabric of my jeans.While I did not see a dog because i was doing pranaam to god i looked around a moment later, I am concerned that a stray dog may have licked or mouthed my leg without me noticing.Approximately two minutes after the sensation,I touched the specific area on my jeans to check for moisture.Though it felt dry.HoweverI have several open hangnails and small wounds on my fingertips due to a chronic nail biting. i washed hands suddenly ( no soap). is there risk of rabies through near nail wounds?

Technique: Doppler Scrotal US Scan: Ultrasound examination of the scrotum, using a high-frequency linear array transducer. Finding: Scrotal US scan shows normal echotexture of both testes with normal contour and vascularity. Right testis measures 41 x 3.0 cm. Left testis measures 4.01 x 2.23 cm. Right spermatic cord is enlarged in size and shows evidence of inflammation. Pampiniform plexus vessels are dilated measuring up to 2.3 mm. Valsalva maneuver is negative. Right epididymis is enlarged and shows heterogenous texture suggestive of inflammation. Left is normal. Right inguinoscrotal hernia is also seen. Suggested clinical correlation. No hydrocele is seen. Scrotal skin is normal. Impression: Right Funiculitis +Epididymitis. Right Inguinoscrotal Hernia. Suggested Clinical Correlation.

Hi sir, I am having daily neck pain with stiffness, and the MRI report shows mild spondylosis and impinging the both right & left nerve roots and muscle spasm. But nowadays my worry is on my head nerves getting pinched when I am getting angry and inside my ear I am getting a buzzing sound also and my neck is getting stiff.
