Sir,i have been suffering from head tightness for the last 30 years. It seems that the brain is stuck with gum and there is no flexibility inside the head. Moreover, when i touch my lower teeth with my tongue the teeth feel like numbness just like when the tea burn the tongue.that type of feeling i experience when i touch my teeth with tongue.But when i touch my upper teeth with tongue there the feeling is normal. Sometime the tightness is so severe that it becomes unbearable.Thirty year back i have gone through CT scan brain.but report is normal.i have taken lots of medicine but result is fruitless.please help

I was prescribed Brivazen 75 after back to back seizures three times in may 26. After 15 days my doctor gave me Brivazen 50 but I again had seizures so he adjusted dose back to Brivazen 75. My mri and eeg reports are normal. Are there chances for recurrence and what are the root cause for it. I am also having medication for coronary artery ectasia diagnosed two years back.

Hello Doctors, I'm 24-year-old male with persistent dizziness, lightheadedness, head heaviness, and floating sensation for 20–25 days. Symptoms started suddenly after a period of poor sleep and stress. Initially improved after rest but recurred and have persisted. Symptoms worsen with head movement, bending, standing up, walking, jumping, and visually busy environments (traffic/markets). Sitting quietly improves symptoms. No room-spinning vertigo, facial weakness, slurred speech, double vision, or loss of consciousness. ENT evaluation, PTA, VEMP, and vHIT are normal. CBC normal except ESR 47, WBC 13.66, platelets 502, slightly low serum iron; B12, Hb, and blood sugar normal. MRI Brain and MRV normal except mild sphenoid sinusitis. Betahistine gave no relief. Neurologist suspects vestibular migraine/PPPD and started Dizitac tablet and it's been 3 days, still no improvement seen,What is the most likely diagnosis and further treatment?

Hi sir, recently from the last 20 days i was suffering with mild pain/tingling on left face/jaw/left forhead. Later, i have done with MRI for brain in last week and the findings are "Mild indentation of superior cerebellar artery over the cisternal segment of left trigeminal nerve is noted. But i dont have any pain during chewing, brushing, or face wash. Now do i need to do any surgery or medication for the same ( how long to use) and also wether mild indentation becomes major in die course Thank you

Hi doctors i have a 1 year old baby i dono if it's due to lot of work of holding her I suddenly developed light numbness in my right leg and my right upper jaw pain which is radiating go my right ear and right eye and back of my right head I went to dentist today they said since i have a missing tooth they said my teeth muscles are strained which is causing pain in ear eye and jaw but am worrie of leg pain coz google says one side pain of body is brain tumor But my right hand or shoulder doesn't have any tingling or pain
