Lightheadedness
I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. It's disturbing, i feel lack of focus in studies with this. Is this ear issue or neurological or bone? Whom should I meet ENT? or orthopaedic or neuro surgeon?

Pain at the base of the skull and stiff neck sound like a cervical spine problem which can be helped by a Neurosurgeon. The nose feeling/ being congested is something the ENT doctors will be able to advise.
