47-year-old female: Parkinson's symptoms

Dear Doctor, I am seeking an expert opinion for my 47-year-old mother. She has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and was prescribed Tablet Syndopa. However, we are not seeing any improvement in her symptoms yet. Her current symptoms are: Difficulty in walking and a significant balance issue where she tends to fall or lean backwards (retropulsion). Severe stiffness and a feeling of pressure in her neck area. Reduced and slowed movement in her hands. Recent progressive weight loss. Vision issues and difficulty looking around properly, despite wearing glasses. Notably, she does NOT have any difficulty in speaking or swallowing food at the moment. Given her young age (47) and early onset of balance/vision issues, we are very concerned. Could this be a form of Atypical Parkinsonism (like PSP), or does her Syndopa dosage need adjustment? Kindly guide us on the next steps, required diagnostics (like a Brain MRI), and immediate precautions to prevent falls. Thank you.

Help needed urgently

My mother had experienced forgetting everything for a few minutes she even forgot about us. She said there is a tingling sensation in her tongue and she felt warmth on her back of her shoulder. Fast and glucose level is 108 and BP is like 160/100. Consulted a doctor and he just said like after checking these to he said me it's due to BP that made her forget things for few minutes about everything but I don't know if it's correct diagnosis because I I know if BP slow there will be problems like this but for a high BP I don't think people will forget everything for few seconds please help urgent help needed please advise something... And she doesn't want to go to hospital also...

Convexity meningioma surgery risks

Based on the attached MRI reports and the current symptoms, multiple neuro surgeons strongly recommended an immediate surgical removal of the right frontal convexity meningioma. The patient, who is now 64,  has a history of a mild stroke in the August of 2023 and has been on blood thinners (like aspirin) since then. I would appreciate your opinions regarding the potential risks of the surgery.  We are worried!
