Brain and Spine Problems

Hi sir, I am having daily neck pain with stiffness, and the MRI report shows mild spondylosis and impinging the both right & left nerve roots and muscle spasm. But nowadays my worry is on my head nerves getting pinched when I am getting angry and inside my ear I am getting a buzzing sound also and my neck is getting stiff.

For the last 8 months i have dizziness, light headedness rocky sway feeling not true vertigo. Have neck pain and stiffness as well. I was also feeling as if I'm falling to my left side and my gait is altered. I showed a neuro some months ago he said clinically looks normal and conducted NCS which was fine. ENT checked ears he said fine and said its cervical dizziness. 3 days ago i went to ortho and he said MRI brain contrast and plain c spine and lumbar and right knee. I have disc issues in c spine and L spine and little acl tear in right knee. As far as brain in concerned. Plain Mri was normal so radiologist said no need for contrast. I'm attaching report. Is mri contrast required. I still have symptoms

Actually I am causing continue headache and it was to so doctor said it was migraine symptoms but actually 1 year went I am just eating medicine byy doctor prescription but I am not getting effect of that medicine

I m 55 yrs old and my left thigh have numbness for years and the sense, if I touch, i can feel the skin hard but touch feel is there ..i don't know the reason behind or may be due to use of laptop on lap cud have triggered this kind of condition or any deficiency . I feel hard having this kind of numbness on thigh for many years but could not find solution.. some advised to go for ayurvedic or siddha treatment but I haven't taken any decision

Sir i daily suffer from icepick headache 2-3 times in a day which was not the case before but now it's getting severe even after taking medicine it is not getting relieved I have taken migrabeta plus and amitrytylline kindly help what to do it's has been 1week taking this medicines

I always encounter a migraine attack whenever I go to office. The day I go to office, I return with a strong migraine along with the pain spread over any side of the face. Why is it so specific with office? Any chances of getting an exemption from going to office due to this reason? It has become unbearable nowadays. I take cetadom for migraines but sometimes it takes 2 or more days to cure.

In 2022, I had an accident and had Major injury on right side temporal region (near eyebrow) and that eye was closed for 2months even after the surgery was done. But thankfully it's alright now. Dr said that I've 5th &6th cranial nerve palsy . Also, in the reports it was mentioned that presence of subdural hemorrhage but doctors didn't perform any surgery for it bcz I was young and was told I could heal it  etc..as that time I was 19-20yr old. . In 2022, itself 2 CT SCAN _ 1MRI SCAN was done...after that till now i.e, 2026; I didn't get any scans. Although, I didn't get any seizures after this incident and also my eye is also in good condition right now. But , sometimes I do get bad hedaaches, which will be there atleast for 24 hrs or more. So is this because of that hemorrhage? Do I need to go for any CT, OR MRI SCANS? just for the clarification? As I didn't do the final scanning after my recovery ?

I had a hit on my head and went to doc .doc have prescribed me these medicine Napdap-500 Uvancid-40 Verticap-16 What are the uses of these medicine. Can I take during breastfeeding my 20months baby

My friend have headeche sometime right side sometime left ,back ,front even sometime she feel chill in forehead . Her mouth tired while eating. What to do ? Is it dangerous? Sometime it's hard for her to breathe .

Hi sir, I have cervical spondylosis and one of the doctor prescribed migrabeta tablet and gabapint tablet, so migrabeta can be used for cervical spondylosis treatment.
