Brain and Spine Problems

Hey doc. I already had gbs back in 2017. So my question is that are rabies vaccine safe even though i took the course of rabies vac in 2022 so quite afraid this time thinking i may get gbs if i took vaccine again?

In October, I was journeyd in a bus , it was a 1 hour journey ( bus sickness problem). And the next day , when i  come from college , I feel my leg up and down type sensation during walking . I was not feeling this everytime, sometimes while walking i feel little quick up and down sensation . It was happened with me everyday for sometime . After some day , i was doing anxiety about these thing . (November, December, January) - I had worried too much about this issue and was stressed.I don't know whether these things are happening because of my anxiety, or whether the symptoms are actually occurring due to some reason. Some time .When I moved my head up and down, my head movement felt bad.  Now ----   When I walk, when the whole body moves smoothly, at that time sometimes it seems feel that my head is moving further back. Sometimes i feel my head up down sensation while walking. I feel this type of sensation .

This is my EMG report which shows some abnormalities, i have a dent near my left ankle and weakness of that leg, hyperreflexia 3+ on left knee, right knee is normal, is it motor neurone disease ?

Having headache left side of head for the last 6 days. Taking naxdom and amitone. There is very mild pain when it comes but is sporadic in nature. Sometimes pain in ear and left side neck. It comes and goes. Doesn't stay for long. No other symptoms. I don't think it's migraine. I'm under observation for the next 3 days. Please tell me is it serious?

From the past 3 days I am having severe headache between 8 to 12 in the morning ,after which it reduces.Then again happens on next day.What might be the problem and solution.

When I am doing something my hands and legs are vibrat and many time I just sitting but I felt that my hands and legs are vibrating insidely .

Lumbar lordotic curvature is lost. Few small anterior marginal osteophytes noted in various vertebrae suggesting spondylotic changes. Disc desiccation noted in the form of reduced T2WI hypointensity at multiple levels. L4-5 disc shows diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal bulge compressing anterior thecal sac and bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots with residual thecal sac AP diameter 7.25 mm. L5-S1 disc shows postero-central bulge compressing anterior thecal sac.

Is it possible that anxiety causes hyperreflexia 3+ on one knee only, unilateral ? Thank you for your time.
