Heavy head , dizziness (Migrane?)
Respected sir/madam
I am having following symptoms since last year August 20, 25. These symptoms start around 20th of the month last for 10 to 15 days and resolve on their own and then re-occurred next month.
The following symptoms are
1. Heavy Head ("inward pressure in skull")
2. Dizziness.
3. Fatigue.
4. Sensitivity to light.
5. Occasional headaches, not every time.
I also get my MRI on recommendation of a neurologist in a government Hospital and as per the doctor, it was okay
I also went to a ENT specialist for ear related issues, but it was okay to as per the doctor
I also got sugar test, and it was okay
I also got ECG done, and it was fine when I showed the report to doctor
I'm having the symptoms since last year, August, there resolve on their own and then come back next month again
I don't have anaemia, other disease are also ruled out such as BBPV etc
IS THIS MIGRAINES???
Request you to guide me
God bless you

Seizures for baby
Hello Doctor,
My baby boy is 2 months old and diagnosed with focal onset seizures. EEG showed left parietal-temporal epileptiform discharges. MRI brain and neurosonogram were normal.
He was started on Levepsy (Levetiracetam) 100 mg/ml syrup. After starting treatment, seizures reduced significantly for about 15 days. Recently, I noticed mild abnormal movements again (less severe than earlier). The doctor has increased the dose.
Is it common to have breakthrough seizures while on medication? Will seizures reduce completely after dose adjustment? Does this condition improve with age in infants? Do we need further tests like genetic or metabolic evaluation?
Baby is feeding well and otherwise active. Kindly advise regarding prognosis and further management.

Minute tremors
Occasionally my hands shake like minute tremors, I can't hold my hand perfectly still in the air. It's not too drastic or bothering in the daily life chores as I can still do everything properly, but I have been asked by people that why do my hands shake, when I'm not doing anything. I think it might be hereditary as my mother has it too. When she is holding something in her hand, the shaking is very visible, but again it doesn't affect her daily activities. Please help

Lower abdomen and back pain
Lower abdomen pain and back pain which I thought was menstrual cycle cramps
I have had problems during
my menstrual cycle since I was 17yrs. I didn't have much pain, but I used to faint sometimes. Consulted gynaecologist and got prescribed some medicines which I took for 2-3 yrs until I started getting allergies like my swelling because of that. I consulted one more gynac 2-3 years back when the pain started worsening and did scanning which came out to be normal. It's lower abdomen pain and back pain. Continuous leg pain, mostly starts from thigh. And if I'm sitting and try to even cough little hardly, ik that im gonna faint. I get the leg pain of the side same as the lower abdomen pain. And thought it was something to do with menstrual cycle but the other scan was also normal and ruled out endometriosis. Sometimes have that memory gap and start sweating slightly and from past week I have been having light fever at night and sweating and also the pain is getting more evident
