I have been taking petril beta 20 for the last 6 months for a headache as prescribed by a neurologist, actually I feel nose and ear popping, ct scan of pns and nasal endoscopy done , my turbinate is enlarged, brain mri is normal, For the last 3 days doctor Stop petril beta and prescribed nebistar 2.5 mg , I want to know nevibilol works in migraine or not

2.5 years back I got avf spinal fistula and got treated with embolization and then get through lot of mri and doctor is saying that treated successfully but now I hv some problem like stiffness in lower back ,hip and thigh area,pulling feeling on that area, better but feel some weakness on leg while walking,urine urgency and constipation still hv How to treat these things because fistula treatment has done successfully, please help tell me best treatment now. I attached recent mri and doctor said lypoma is incidental finding.

My son 5 years old had seizures in November 2024 at that time we took him to pediatrician he had done blood test MRI and EEG all the reports were normal but again in Jan 10th 2026 he again got seizures but both times he got in sleeping while waking up please tell me whether we should use permanent medicine for this I'm very concern about this

I get hypnic jerk at night during sleeping time since 10 days which disturbs my sleep and also have anxiety issues and tingling in head since few months. I went to two doctors neurologist today and one prescribed lonazep 0.5mg ( clonazepam) and other prescribed sensival 25mg( Nortriptyline 25mg) . Am confused now which is better for my treatment. Are they addictive and have withdrawal symptoms ?

Hello doctors, please help me. My name is Vignesh. I am a DMD patient, age 25. I have been using steroids for a long time. First, I used Defcort 6 mg for 5 years. After that, I used Wysolone 10 mg for about 4 and a half years. Now, for the past 3 months, I am again taking Defcort 12 mg. Currently, my bones are in a very severe osteoporosis condition. It is extremely critical. I have been bedridden for the past 5 years. For the past 5 months, I have been lying down continuously and cannot even sit. I cannot even be lifted and moved to another place. I am always in the same place I do everything while lying on the bed. Now I don’t know what to do anymore. I am staying on the 3rd floor, and I cannot even go to the hospital. My bones are very critical — even light lifting can cause fractures. Duloxetine gives me many side effects. I have been taking 300 mg oxcarbezepine along with lyrica before with minimal side effects.Should I continue with oxcarbezepine. Please advise.Thanks.

I had my wisdom tooth removed about 9 months ago, and since then I’ve had persistent numbness on one side of my tongue. The numbness is partial and is associated with a pins-and-needles or tingling sensation, especially when brushing or when something touches the area where the surgery was done. The symptoms have not fully resolved over time. I’m concerned this may be due to a lingual nerve injury following the extraction and would like an expert evaluation and advice on possible treatment or recovery.

Hi, I have have urinary frequency daily. When i go i relax for sometime like half hour max then again sensation starts. My Ultrasound, Urine Culture, flowmetry all came normal. I was prescribed Tryptomer 50mg with exact same issue in 2021 and after just one Tablet i was fine. Can you please tell what is happening with me. A diagnosis so i can relax a bit. when reports are normal why frequency is there. No prostate, no infection nothing.

I have a sweating disorder. Sweating occurs only on the right side of my abdomen, back, and face. The rest of my body remains dry. The right side of my face also becomes red during sweating. I don't have any other medical issues. Neither any stroke nor any numbness in the body. I have faced this disorder for the past 9-10 years.
