Brain and Spine Problems

Is i have drug resistant epilepsy so i put on polytherapy ...is medicine take life long ...side effects on sexual health

History of Brain,spine TB long segment myelitis, hydrocephalus. My feet feels very cold all the time when other part of body feels normal. Sudoscan is normal, Vit B12 is excess and CBC is also normal.

I have delivered a baby boy who was 4.1 kg at birth. Post delivery, I have been facing sudden shock like pain in my leg just below my knee somewhere. It stays for a couple of seconds very severe and stops immediately. I have undergone physiotherapy multiple times. But it keeps recurring. Consulted ortho as well. I checked all my vitamin levels and did x-ray. All reports are normal. It has been close to a year I am facing this. Any suggestions and how i should proceed with this issue would help me on what I need to know to relieve this. Thank you.

Can an advance stage of inph be treated as doctor took lp puncture test and said no to vp shunt as it did not had good outcome also uncle has parkinson's too he has prescribed tablets neurowire and amantax with levodopa i want my uncle to be treated with best surgeon but no doctor consultation has been satisfied us. we are still hoping for good results can some one suggest what can be done ? he is also type 2 diabetic stroke before 1 year

For anxiety or depression Sensit tablet is given twice in a day Which contains flupenthixol 0,5mg and Melitracen 10 mg. So which two times Sensit tablet is ok to eat it ?

Some thought like a phrase or a word or a dialogue comes in my mind suddenly and interrupts my actual thinking then suddenly disappears in 2-5 seconds but I immediately forgets that thought completely. Appears at least one to few  times a day for one year. When it appears I tried to immediately write that down or say it loud but can't and immediately disappears and I forget leaving me confused. At that episode if I read or hear someone saying I can read and hear but can't understand what they say or read, as this interrupts my concentration. Even while speaking if that confusion appears I stop for a while and sometimes I misunderstand what someone say as this Intrusive thought overlaps with what they say or what I hear from TV or phone...

I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis about 5 years ago and completed treatment. I was told that the cyst had resolved. However, since then, I have been experiencing ongoing symptoms. My concentration and focus have reduced, and I am unable to study or work for long periods. Prolonged concentration leads to headaches and eye pain. I have major memory problems, including difficulty recalling information and finding words while speaking. I often feel dizzy, excessively sleepy, mentally foggy, and my head feels heavy and unfocused. These symptoms are affecting my daily functioning and studies. My questions are: 1. Can these be long-term effects of treated neurocysticercosis? 2. Could residual changes like calcification or inflammation cause these symptoms? 3. Should I undergo further tests such as MRI brain, EEG, or blood tests (B12, D, thyroid)? 4. What treatment options are available to improve concentration, memory, and headaches? Please advise on the next steps.

Hi i hope your doing well.i admitted my dad in one of the biggest hospital shri ramakrishna hospital as our uncle had an stroke which we prevented at time and nothing major happened 1 year back uncle had stroke on right side but few months back he had an frequent urge for urine plus he was bending down too much stopped walking and one leg was glued to the floor even one step he couldn't take and then we discovered he has INPH with parkinson's doctor went through Lp puncture observed for 2 days and said we had an option for Vp shunt but now they said it can't be done as in 2 days there was no improvement doctor was not sure what to do i asked him whether through oral medicines he ll be ok or not he said let's see i asked excess fluid is there in brain then how can we release it through medicine will it be helpful he said nothing he indirectly said us he just an body with oxygen now i don't understand what to do he kept us 8 days in hospital with 0 results where as 3 days he was on leave

What medicines in india can make my eye nerves strong .can anyone got completely cured  partial ptosis through ayurved or a homopathy .please suggest me .either i should go for ayurved or homopathy.my all reports are normal for myasthenia gravis.i have double vision also
