My last dose of anti rabies vaccine was on 12 th September ... can i drink alcohol now ? How much tome it takes to develop antibodies after taking anti rabies vaccine.

I get throbbing sensations in temple nerves almost daily even after little stress or exertion. I am having sleep intense anxiety issues since last 5 years and I have tried my level best to cope with every angle of it and till today I am trying learning. I w Nowadays I feel that I wake up at 3am with my t-shirt almost wet the neck area with sweat and it feel so so lethargic after eating meals and at night almost like there no energy at all...But still I haven't stopped jogging in the morning no matter what I run 6 to 7 kms daily without any break so that my body is activated and sometimes I try deep breathing some times I try meditation also but the thing is that for how long this will go on... I m ready for everything but there has to be some concrete way of measuring things tracking sleep and knowing where am i going right and wrong. Also after running my head portion at the back above the neck starts paining sometimes but I dont give up never...I dont take any medicines whatsoever.

I had b12 deficiency since 2019 due to dietary restriction, as of today's date  absence seizure since 1 year and clonic tonic seizure at night since 3 months.  before 3 months serum b12 was 139, abnormal CBC, iron and b12 anemia. given b12 1500mcg oral daily since last 3 months, symptoms are improving and after 60 dose of b12 supplement b12 level is 408. But still some CBC panel abnormal. Will b12 injection help to completely eliminate the symptoms.

From the last few days I noticed weakness in my body and body aches that feels like miserable sometimes.i attend classes and when I do step up the stairs for 2 floor I was always out of breath,head thumping like how our heart beats more accurately,it pains a lot . My eyes pains and there is light sensitivity that I mostly use my devices at the lowest brightness.my head aches sometimes and I feel lost and sudden dizziness.I do not know what is wrong that's why I wrote this to get an idea what this could be.

Iam dmd patient age 24 iam using wysolone 10mg for 4 and half years so i have severe osteoporosis so now I consult neurologist he told me take defcort 12mg but i have one doubt Can i change immediately to defcort today i take Wysolone so from Tommorow stop wysolone and can I take defcort immediately

2 years back I have delivered with baby boy and operation also completed. Then Last year my weight 100. That time if I work something lots of body pains and wants sleep more time then i have started dieting and walking daily more than 8 kms per day. With in 18 months I have decreased 25 kgs Till last month I don't have body and leg pains But last month onwards I am suffering same problem and facing issue with neuro problem Is the problem with dieting issue or other problem
