Brain and Spine Problems

Eyes and head feel heavy since 4-5 days. No other symptoms are present. Due to continuous heaviness, sometimes feels like vomiting and stomach always feels full so cannot eat even 2 chapatis. Please suggest

I feel tired but sleep falling difficult my blood glucose was 50 after 3 hrs of meal but I was 78 82 85 on next 3 days then 66 on one day and then 89 yesterday and today pp sugar was 92 is that reason for insomnia or any other fasting blood sugar 7 time came above 70

Thoughts always come to my mind, my head hurts a lot, I can't sleep the whole night Sometimes I feel dizzy and my vision goes dark

Headache in right side of my head and some time almost in entire head . It become fast and some time slow. Sometime i feel like a pulse in my  head and i face difficulties in focus on my study. Please doctor help to overcome from my desease.

I feel drowsiness, severe back pain and sometimes severe headache which cause vomit and then feel better Currently taking the BP medicine and BP shot in recent weeks Normally I am not taking any medicine for any issue But continuous working makes me feel drowsiness and severe back pain and sometimes a headache and I am not getting proper sleep it feels like that every time

I got diabetes hypothyroidism high cholesterol nerve damage and get vascular headaches literally every day. Inbetween i also get nightmares for a couple of days more often like once 2 days in a week. On such days even if i take a short nap in the afternoon i get nightmares. Kindly advice.

Remaining cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia, thalami, internal capsules and corpus callosum otherwise reveal normal morphology and signal characteristics. A microbleed is noted in left cerebellar hemisphere. Brainstem and cerebellum otherwise reveal normal signal characteristics & morphology. Both cerebello-pontine angles are clear. Ventricles & basal cisterns are normal. Sella & para-sellar regions do not show any significant abnormality. how can be cured
