Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, please can you suggest if the condition shown in the attached report is treatable with physiotherapy?

I used to do running and suddenly one day 1 day I started getting pain in my left buttock(only while walking/running). Later on the pain started to come down the leg accompanied by tingling, numbness. After a couple of months it started occurring in my right side as well. I tried physiotherapy treatment in 2025 at 4-5 places and also ruled out any spine related issue via MRI. Even got steroid shots in the glute area. Physios are suspecting piriformis related issue and currently my right side is much more painful while sitting and sleeping on that side. I am living in pain since so much time and although I am visiting physios it only gives me temporary relief for like an hour. Then the pain takes over again. I cannot live like this anymore and would like to go for surgical treatment. Please suggest me a good place to get surgery related to this based in Mumbai as I stay in Mumbai/Thane region.

I recently had an MRI and was told by a spine surgeon that urgent surgery is needed, with about a 10% risk of foot drop. Could you please review my MRI and let me know: 1. Hello! I am facing some problem in my left leg , ( besically thigh and buttock ) since 2 months. A sharp pain when standing or walking but not on sitting. There is some odd feeling in my left feet also while standing or walking. But there is no weakness. I have performed MRI. It shows some difficulty. I attach my report here. Now what should I do?

Epelipsy , my mother is suffering from epelipsy whenever she try to sleep, her seizure started from her right hand and it reach to her brain and it become difficult to handle and her seizure become intense. My mom was not able to sleep properly due to this problem. And due to bad sleep schedule her health started effecting. Can you give me some treatment advice or any advice.

Hello Doctor, I would like your advice regarding some symptoms I am experiencing. This week, I started feeling heaviness and pressure in my head, along with localized scalp pain on the top of my head (vertex area). I also experienced pain over the forehead, which started after a fever last week. The scalp pain increases when touching the area or when tying my hair, even loosely. After the fever, I developed a cough, which has not completely settled yet. I do not have breathlessness or chest pain. I have been experiencing anxiety and poor sleep recently. I have already undergone investigations: CT scan of the head (August) – normal ECG – normal Blood tests – normal Thyroid test – normal I have also been taking Pores D3 (vitamin D3) once monthly and have already taken 8 tablets over 8 weeks. Kindly advise the possible cause and whether any further tests or treatment are needed. Thank you

We have recently discovered uncle has parkinson's disease so i wanted to know can we directly go with some specific surgery so that he feels relief from dopamine tablets or should we take medication first for some time and then go with surgery also doctor hasn't yet confirmed parkinson's as he said there are lot of categories in parkinson so we are confused now please can any one clear this. also if surgery what would be the cost in india like would dbs or any other surgery

I'm taking medicine for treatment for IIH. I get side effects like pinning sensation in feet, palms and mouth area. I also feel lethargic often. Is there any natural remedy to treat iih and disc bulge so that I could avoid the side effects of allopathic medicines or is it the only solution? Thanks in advance.
