Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctor, I have a problem of overthinking , I deliverd 2nd baby 8 months ago since then I lost confidence that I can take care of my kids physically, men..tally and financially. I'm worried that something will happen to me. Because of this overthinking and sleeplessness I'm feeling giddiness due to which I consulted doctors near me, they prescribed me medicines. I'm scared to take as I'm breastfeeding. Can someone please help me to overcome this problem without medication. I want to get back to my life. Please I need help .

For the past 2 months once in a week I felt an episode of sudden confusion with mild nauseating sensation and this just lasted for few seconds to 1 minute and then I recover to normal. Sometimes a mental fatigue even after the episode lasts for half an hour and I become completely normal. I was completely conscious during that episode but still I feel sleepy tired confused and can't think or speak or concentrate at that moment and it take few minutes to concentrate again. Before the episode occured weekly twice then weekly once and thankfully now occurs only biweekly but I am still afraid what may be the problem. Only this recent episode I felt mild heaviness in my left head region at scalp during that episode like spasmbut I don't know they're linked or its normal. Kindly say what it is. I am just 25 years old.

Hello Everyone , My husband has got left paracentral bulge at L4 L5 with diffuse disc bulge at L5 S1 level. Also he has vertebral body hemangioma seen at c5 D9but  vertebrae. L4 L5 level causing idetitation over  thecal sac without compromising spinal canal with left side moderate neural foraminal causing compression over existing nerve roots. He mostly has pain in his mid back , sometimes lower back and also in left shoulder . Weakness attack comes in whole body but often he feels tingling sensation in both hands and legs . He is facing this since last 6 months . Last 10 days he went through MRi and He is under medication of Naptozen D , Captain NT , calcium , vitamins and massage . How long this process is going to take to heal or the unbearable  pain to go. Because we got identified very late and he was in continous pain for so long . My fiancé is having CVST. He is on medications. Anticoagulants are being given already. It's been 2 weeks since the treatment has started. Before the treatment started he had symptoms like blurring of vision on exposuring to light severe headache and neck pain. Now symptoms are getting better but blurring on exposure of light is still there. My grandmother also had clot in her brain. I don't remember whether it was cvst or an arterial clot . But her condition worsened over time. I am afraid can it happen to him also? Or he can recover well. And what are the chances of getting another clot? The reports are attached.
