Brain and Spine Problems

My father has been showcasing certain Symptoms of Alziemers and me being living in Bangalore far away from Kolkata can't come here and arrange proper consultation and medical procedure or My father I need a Medical certificate for care giving so that I can come to Kolkata the certificate stating my father needs care and observation so that I can actually proceed with his treatment I need the certificate for a 1.5 months

After an upper-body workout—like curls or chest press—my upper back becomes stiff and I feel imbalanced while moving. One time, after a chest workout, I came home and lay on my back on the bed without a pillow, and I felt like the room was spinning. The spinning sensation went away after some time, but I still feel stiffness and imbalance while walking or standing. This only happens after a workout, and if I don’t work out, I feel fine.

Ongoing symptoms after TB (2018), COVID (2020), ear issues, muscle loss, and daily morning headache — what could be the cause? In 2018, I had TB and took 9 months of medicines. After that, I started getting headaches every time I tried to sleep. In 2020, I got COVID and again had severe headaches. Later I had TB again and took only 1.5 months of TB medicines (no supportive medicines). In 2022, three problems started together: • Left ear pain and ringing in the left ear • Tingling in both legs • Urine infection symptoms — burning sensation, but urine report shows no bacteria even after many antibiotics Since then, I have been losing muscle and lost around 10 kg. I also got back pain, thigh muscle loss, and knee pain. The most worrying thing is: • Every morning when I wake up, I get severe headache • My face suddenly developed deep wrinkles near eyes and darken • My cheek fat/volume reduced suddenly Why is this happening? 2 months ago i started getting dizzy after falling asleep then took medicine for vertigo got better but then developed gastritis that got better now past two days can't sleep because of tingling in the whole body. All blood reports normal.

Is this a neurocyst in my brain (possibly from tapeworm)? I took a brain mri, and the circled area is concerning

My mother is experiencing that something is crawling in her legs from bottom to the hip when sleeping! She turns aside when that happens to make herself comfortable! The doppler report didn't show any sign of vericose veins! Nerve conduction study shows normal! Blood sugar report is normal! Then what could be the problem?

I have headache since five yrs . before that I was fin but 2019 I had stomach ulcer.gastro dr gave me some medicine like sparacid syrup ,franxit tab,flunarizine 5 mg,ciplar10 for 1 month .I took it myself for six months,then I stop it abruptly.then after that 3 to 4 days I had sever headache all in my head .the 2021 to 2025 I visited many of neurologist .they gave me medicine like duzela40, nortimer 25, betacap40, pregabalin 75, divas od 500,etc during medicine I feel better but after quite it headache restart . I am very tired of it

Hi, My grandmother is having pain in her back for 1 month. We took a scan and the doctor said it is disk buldge . And they asked us to do a surgery. She is 70. Is it safe to do the surgery. I am attaching the report can you please tell me anyother option available.
