How to analyse Dementia Alzheimer's memory loss? How to know if i may be prone to memory loss. I have been suffering central nervous system nerve damage. Im on pregabalin nt 75mg twice daily & ciplar la 40mg daily. Tramazac 50mg on sos basis. Headset tablet or napra d 500mg for headache which i get very often. Kindly advice. I got type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism.

Today when i wake up early morning about 5.30AM and i am going to urinate when i urinate i feel whole body is too cold and some cold sweats cames on forehead and i also feels from many time when i bend my neck using phone or write something i feel cold from the back of neck and from 3 to 3 seconds feels hot What is thing i feels in today morning plz guide me so that i dont take stress or tension about this that happen in morning with me

About 15 years ago, I began experiencing severe, stabbing pain in one eye and one side of my head. The pain was extremely intense and often accompanied by vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, and marked restlessness. The pain was extremely intense and often made me feel like hitting my head against the wall. The headaches usually started during sleep, and I woke up with peak pain that lasted about 30 minutes, followed by gradual improvement but persistent weakness and exhaustion. These attacks occurred in clusters lasting a few weeks, mainly during winter, with pain-free gaps of one to two years. At one point, I had around 20 episodes in 15 days, sometimes twice daily, with vomiting during nearly every attack. I was diagnosed with migraine, but oral medications were ineffective during severe episodes due to vomiting. In recent years, I have milder, recurrent unilateral headaches every few days, becoming moderate about once a month.

I stated getting tinnitus like thing noticeable 1.7 years ago then I got diplopia that stays even after closing one eye and goes in sunlight 1 year ago in between I started getting bodywide and especially facial twitches that come and go. There are days that I don’t get them at all there are diya I get the a lot. I have -5 myopia and -3.5 and -2.75 astigmatism. I also have sinus since childhood and I have history of low vitamin b12. Tinnitus is mostly in right ear. I can’t hear it in daily life i hear it in pin drop silence only. Tinnitus can be someone bilateral sometimes 2-4 times a month I hear sudden loud noises in ear also. My sleep schedule is very bad o use phone for 12-13 hours daily. Twitching comes and goes. I have no headache no balance problem at all

I feels twitching and numbness in nerves across the hands and legs. I am suffering from this from 2 years visited many doctors but all they says is you will be fine in weeks and others says you have chronic anxiety.

My dad ,67 yrs, diabetic and heart patient is unable to walk as he feels some severe sensation in his feet. He was operated  5 yrs ago for heart blockage and got pace maker inserted. Since then he is facing issues and is getting worst. Heart specialist in fortis confirmed it is not heart related and has something to do with nerves and muscles which are getting weak due to inactivity. We have seen good doctors in fortis however nothing improved. Can you please suggest the possible solution and which specialist to visit for this?

I have dropping of left eye lid from 2 years .all my reports are negative for ocular mysthenia and medicines also dod not work out . surgery is best option for me

Does this report suggests any recent strokes? Few years back he had strokes twice and admitted to hospital and underwent treatment and therapy. Recently, he has been suffering from Pneumonia and admitted to Hospital again. Doctor suggested CT Scan as he is feeling too weak to move his leg.
