Shivering of hand due to sudden shock

Hi my cousin was cooking then suddenly fire came out of pipe somewhere she got panic and thenafter her left is continuously shivering for more than 2 days and she had migraine type issues previously when she got panic her hand shivered for 2 days also we visited to hospital and doctor does every test and nothing came into it if anyone had same issue then tell me how to cure it

Could you tell me: How old is the patient? What kind of trauma occurred (was there any injury anywhere due to fire? When did the shivering start after the trauma? What investigations have already been done (CT brain, MRI, blood tests, EEG, etc.)? Is it a true tremor, or are there intermittent jerking movements?

Next Steps

if trauma was to the hand or arm, consider: Peripheral nerve injury. Tendon or muscle injury. Complex Regional Pain Syndrome if there is pain, swelling, or color/temperature changes. Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies if nerve injury is suspected.
