Brain and Spine Problems

Chief Complaint: Daily dizziness and weakness with episodic muscle stiffness and slurred speech. History of Present Illness: I have had episodic attacks since birth. During attacks, I develop sudden muscle stiffness and feel unable to move properly. My speech becomes slurred. I also experience frontal headache, dizziness, and nausea / vomiting sensation. Each episode lasts approximately 3–4 hours and occurs more commonly in the morning. Recently, I have been experiencing weakness and dizziness almost every day. During dizzy episodes, my blood pressure fluctuates and becomes either low or high. Past Evaluation: MRI brain was reported as normal. I was evaluated by a neurologist and prescribed Diamox, but there was no improvement. Family History: My father has similar symptoms. Concerns: Looking for proper diagnosis and further evaluation as symptoms are persistent and affecting daily life.

I had accidentally rubbed my front part of my head to tap in bathroom forcefully yesterday around 5pm,part got swollen right after the hit. But today there is no swelling, but while press the part,I can feel the pain.while pressing the area I feel the dizziness also . Dizziness is only while pressing . Could it be any serious concerns. Kindly suggest

This is Gagana 22 yrs having blankness even not having stress, even reading same thing repeated not able to remember and feel nothing connected and feels reading for 1st time .From till school  i was bright student can remember even The, is ,was in sensentace but now even tried all kind of methods like reading loud, writing ,getting intrest, doing research on topic ,what are measure to take to get cure from this and supplements taken

Having headache in right side half head and back side of neck due to headache feeling pain on teeth and feeling nausea and vomit. Having this problem for 4 days.

Sudden migraine pain start then feeling stressed. I have been suffering from migraine pain for the last 3 years but earlier it used to happen only two-three times in a year.But for some time now, it has started happening more often, whenever I get tensed, it starts happening.What should I do.

I am on nexito 15mg and occasionally takes etizest 0.25mg. Today very weird things happened, I live in North India where currently it has chilling winters. Due to some neck stiffness I put cold pack 15 min each on both neck sides and back of neck. Was lying in just shorts and suddenly after removing ice pack I felt shivering and it was so intense that I thought of being admitted to hospital at night only. The shivering was not stopping and I took etizest 0.25mg and after 20mins walking in a room of heater it settled down. What was that, I was very much normal before the ice pack.
