Disequilibrium/Wobbly feeling
Hi doctors, For the last 1 year or so, I’ve had a minor wobbly, unsteady feeling in my legs when standing or walking. I feel fine lying down and fine when I wake up, but thus wobbly sensation shows as the day passes. I ignored it because symptoms were mild and nothing major happened (no falls or severe episodes), but it persists and fluctuates. I have no spinning vertigo, headaches, numbness, or speech issues. What could be the potential causes for this disequilibrium. Where should i contact for the actual diagnosis.

You need to be examined by a good neurologist or a neurosurgeon, and will almost certainly need an MRI of the brain and upper (cervical and thoracic) spine. You will most likely need some blood tests as well, including a Vit B12 level.
Next Steps
Arrange a Neurosurgery or Neurology consultation.
