Back pain due to Jerk

Hiii...my husband is 38 years old...his weight is 93 kg... My husband has been having back pain because of a sudden jerk in his back. The doctor has prescribed medicine for seven days. Today, when he was lying down, I noticed that his lower back looked slightly inward. I have also shared a photo. Could you please tell me if this is normal or if it could be a reason for his back pain?
