Left MCA stroke and coma
Hello my father had a left MCA infract on 17 th June and he underwent craniectomy and since then he's in coma and he now out of ventilator and responds only to the pain. Can any suggest the pathway of his recovery. His GCS is E1VTM3.

Its a left sided infarct and since you mentioned craniectomy was done that means it was pretty big and causing significant pressure in brain, such patients take pretty long to recover sometimes they may be the same as he is as of now
