Poor working memory
Sir, I often forget what I am about to say during conversations and sometimes cannot recall simple words, such as “speaker,” and may say the wrong word instead, like “music box.” I often struggle to find the right words and say things like .While reading, I frequently forget the beginning of a short sentence before reaching the end. When watching videos, I often lose track of what was said and have to rewind repeatedly. I also frequently forget where I placed things within a few minutes. These difficulties occur regularly and affect my daily life and studies. My report Hb 14.4, HbA1c 5.3%, cholesterol/LDL/TG 130/71/90, LFT, B12 396, TSH 2.35, MRI Brain — normal. 🟡 Vitamin D3 23.8 — mildly low. I don't have any kind of depression

Your MRI and routine blood tests are reassuring. However, since these problems are frequent, involve word-finding, attention and recent memory, and are affecting your studies, they deserve a proper clinical assessment rather than simply attributing them to “forgetfulness.” At 22, serious neurodegenerative disease would be very unlikely. Commoner causes include poor sleep, stress/anxiety, inattention/ADHD, excessive screen use, medications/substances, etc. I would suggest a neurological assessment with formal cognitive/neuropsychological testing to objectively assess attention, memory and language. Your mildly low vitamin D can be corrected, but it would not usually explain this entire pattern.
