I forget things
I forget things while being in the conversation and gets blank out .. this is affecting my work n personal life.. kindly suggest if any test can be done to know if it's a problem wit me or wht food to be taken to cure this or any other way....

Hi, many people will experience this. You haven't mentioned your sleep patterns. Have min 6hrs of sleep. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water. Also go out for a morning walk. This helps you relax your mind. Don't be pre occupied with some thoughts. If still not resolved, I would recommend you to meet a psychiatrist
