Hi, I feel that i am forgetting lot of things. After my marriage my husband told me that i don't remember numbers. But that was not a problem. At present i am forgetting what i am talking specially while taking class. even when i am talking to the student i forget that what i talk. Recently i forgot my husbands name spelling. (its Amit and i write Amith) . Sometime i lock my daughter out of the house and forget it.

Hello.......Forgetting things is due to decrease concentration and this may have multiple reasons ranging from stress at work, low confidence,sleep deprivation, vitamin deficiency, anaemia, thyroid issues and so on .Try doing one work at a time, avoid multitask. Consult psychiatrist for counseling.
