Anxiety pulsatile tinnitus right ear
I have pulsatile tinnitus in right ear from 3 year
It triggered by health anxiety
On Google I read it is a symptom of glomus jagulare tumor
My plain brain MRI is normal
Should I do contrast MRI for rule out any tumor or plain MRI is sufficient.
Normally technician in MRI service do not allow to contrast until anything seen .
