Tinnitus & vertigo
Vertigo and tinnitus in left ear from past 2 months.Vertigo intensity reduced after taking homeo but tinnitus continuing which becomes very intense in left ear during night that not able to fall sleep.Have already taken vertin and cetrizine for a month.Had some infection in left tooth also before vertigo .
