PULSATILE TINNITUS (PT)RIFHT EAR
Its been 3 months i have pulsatile tinnitus in right ear.its whooshing heartbeat sound. I have been to 3 ENTs, done my audiology its normal. Been to neurologist my MRI is normal.as far as i have red docters dont easily find cause of PT. They just give me tinnitoid and some tablets aniti deprrssents which is not helping the pulsating sound in my ear... what might be the cause.. what treatment do you refer. This is bothering my day to day life. If i bend my neck towards right sound is low..i need help as its giving me anxiety. I can sometimes feel pounding pulse in my head...i have migrane half head ache... please suggest further treatment for PT

Follow up with the imaging with a doctor. Was contrast mri done or a plain mri

Could be due to Vascular causes. Suggest you to consult Neurologist. May require CT angio or DSA.
