I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your symptoms. To better understand your condition and guide appropriate management, a thorough evaluation is essential. Here’s a suggested approach: Investigations:    MRI of the Cervical Spine and brain to rule out degenerative and pathologies Audiometric Testing: Vestibular Assessment:    If imbalance is significant, a vestibular evaluation can help assess inner ear function. Blood Tests:    Basic blood work to check for any inflammatory markers or metabolic issues that could be contributing to your symptoms. Management: Medications:    Pain Management: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may help relieve neck pain.    Antidepressants or Anticonvulsants: Sometimes prescribed for tinnitus management. Physical Therapy:    A physical therapist can develop a tailored program to improve neck mobility and strengthen muscles, which may alleviate stiffness and balance issues. Tinnitus Management:    Consider cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or sound therapy to help manage the perception of tinnitus. I recommend scheduling these investigations as soon as possible to get a clearer picture of what might be going on. Once we have more information, we can develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Please keep me updated on your progress, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions or concerns. Dr. K.
