Sir I had tinnitus since 1 year I am getting treatment from ENT specialist but know he say to stop treatment because he say tinnitus has no cure Please tell that why tinnitus is caused and my hearing is proper it is only 1 ear he say that some nerve is damaged should I consult nerulogist
