Mri brain -tinnitus
Hello sir/mam ,I'm 31yr/m ,I have tinnitus since 2 years no any comorbidities no any fresh complaint at present, audiogram,PTA : normal , yesturady I did mri brain showing:Few discrete T2/flair hyperintensisties noted in deep white matter and  peri ventricular region - s/o fazakas grade 1 white matter changes, please guide me . Thank you

These changes in mri brain don't correspond to clinical complaints Do a MRI brain CISS protocol for tinnitus evaluation where the hearing nerve is assessed If u have associated headache with tinnitus then mr venogram will be needed as well
